The summer is the best time of year (usually), but this year has been shit.:disgust:

Record update: if it stays under 65, it'll tie 1917 for having the first 11 days of June be 65 or under. Thursday would be the record breaker, except it looks like we'll warm to 65.

This weather trend is supposed to last into July.

It may be time to move south to California, this shit is getting old, fast.

Global warming my ass.

I could use the heat, if it weren't for vegas last week, my bones would be frozen.

I wish it was like that here. I love the cold weather. It's been close to 100 degrees since Friday. Heat index has been around 105-115.

I hear you OP. I'm in Vancouver, BC and it has been shit all summer long (I know it's not technically summer yet, but you get my point). There has been only one decent week, but of course I was out of town for it. :(

It sucks ass, all my friends from Philly are calling me and whining that it's too hot....I tell them to STFU, it's mid June and I'm still freezing, I want to hear no complaining. It seems to be getting colder! Last week it was upper 50s, lower 50s at night. Now its mid 50s, upper 40s at night.

Oh, and one of my coworkers just came in and informed me that it's colder in Seattle than in Siberia right now. Isn't Siberia a notoriously cold, snow covered part of the world?

Maybe I'll be moving back home sooner than I thought....

boston has sucked for the past couple days. The feel like temperature was 101 degrees. Needless to say that bike ride home sucked big time.

further upstate we got pounded. you might see that on the news if you catch any of it today.
it stormed, knocked out power/trees/etc., and then it got sunny, humid and hot as hell again, and then we got hit with another wind/rain/hail storm again. it's quite pleasant here today, less humid, high in the upper 70's.

I really miss Seattle. I loved the weather there. A high in the 60s sounds like a perfect weather day for me.

Yea, well, it isn't getting there. The record Buck mentioned is days UNDER 65...doesn't mean it's hitting 65. We've been lucky to reach 55 this past week. I mean, that isn't horribly cold weather, but when it's June and you're finally ready for summer, and all you get is lower to mid 50's, clouds, and misty rain? Awful.

It may be time to move south to California, this shit is getting old, fast.

Global warming my ass.

Yep, 11 days of cool weather in one tiny spot on the planet. That's good enough for me...

Yeah, it has been unseasonably cold here too, but it's supposed to warm up for the weekend.

Welcome to Summer in the NW. Heat never seemed to appear while I lived in Oregon until late June or early July. I always remember plenty of rain in June.

Summer lasted from Jul 1 - Sept 30.

With Seattle averaging 300 days of some form of precipitation its no suprise the June weather blows. Summers are great, its the rest of the year that completely blows.

The last two day here in Portland were in the fifties and gloomy/crappy. And the mountains got 3+ inches of snow Monday night. The record for late snow at Timberline is 2" on June 22nd in 1993. I bet we break it at this rate.
