So you're running around a 15 minute 5k? That seems extremely fast just for a treadmiller.
The world record for a 5k is only a little under 13 minutes, so if Jahee isn't BSing, that would make him a world class runner.
Not world class, but certainly "competitive". That would be about 15:30 for 5000m, which for men is a competitive high school time (in some cases, university too).
My best 5000m (on a track, in spikes, perfect conditions) was 15:23 in my freshman year. So unless Jahee has raced for a club or university team, it's pretty safe to say his estimates are off.
