Kind of sad how the females in this thread tell FBB one thing yet he refuses to believe them. No wonder he can't get a woman. He posts for advice and never takes it.

queenrobot isn't a femanon?

And she was talking about herself not what she wants a guy to smell like.

Many of the girls have suggested simple soaps. Shea has a subtle odor and in my opinion would qualify as a simple, non-perfume soap.

So what is the point of the "masculine" bodywash scents? If it's not for the benefit of the ladies, then they're for the benefit of the guys because they actually like that strong smell?

A lot of females like a man who has a sent other than just a dude who's showered. I find most body washes to be pretty crappy for providing a nice sent though, they're mostly just a cheap cologne replacement.

That said I do like Axe Recovery (green) females comment on how good I smell when I've used it. I use it when I'm too cheap to spray on cologne.

Cologne or Body Wash I DO NOT like woodsy smelling ones. I definitely go for fruit, but not anything flowery or overly sweet. Something like Issay Miyake (cologne) or Axe Recovery that has a nice citrus with a hint of melon sent for the wins :)

thanks Spelling Nazi! I know there's no possible way anyone could have understood what I was attempting to say there. I mean the level of comprehension ability required to follow would have been mind boggling.

Check your PC for maleware as excessive unsolicited smtp traffic can result in a port 25 closure.

did I ever mention you turn me on Rubycon? I'll play catcher, no matter who/what you are =D

it's much much more fun pissing off the Grammar & spelling Nazi's on here than actually learning how to spell.

K-THX!

Ok, ok, basically, it's 11:20PM and I want to run to Walmart to get some bodywash because my parents have run out of soap (we were using the soap saved from hotel stays).

You ran out of soap, so why not buy soap?

I like bodywash better. I like the luffa and the foam.

I knew you were going to say something like this. You have a puff thing too right?
I'm pretty sure my husband doesn't know what a luffa is. I barely do. I don't want a guy having more products than I do.

Here's what you need to do: Ditch the body wash, body scrub, luffa, puff, etc, until you get a girlfriend. And then you can secretly borrow hers. That's the only way to retain any suggestion of masculinity.

i thought a shower poof was a luffa. i used to just use bars, but then switched to luffa and bodywash because i liked it better. lathered up better. i used to just call them shower poofs until my roommate, who is very masculine, buff, works out all the time, told me it was actually called a luffa. apparently some guys in the gym and in football practice use them as well because they're simply practical.

I don't care what scent, as long as it's not too powerful. Body wash and soap are for getting clean. If you are clean, you don't need some fragrance wafting off your body as if you were a piece of pie. That is what cologne is for.

a learning disability because I accidently used the incorrect word? Wow you're really putting a 10 on it man! I know you've never fucked up, ever. I think just because I know this annoys you I'll make extra sure to throw in needless typos in all my future posts in an attempt to get you riled up. Please feel free to comment on any of my mispellings you find in the future, but know I really don't care :)

Heaven forbid I smell like pie!

That's why I use this.

PERSONALLY LIKE THE FRUITY STUFF! (Generally) The minty stuff can smell really bad and never smells as good, generally. Why do I like the fruity stuff more than the minty? Personal choice, typically. I am the one who is going to be smelling myself the most and I want myself to smell good. Some women do prefer to smell the fruity stuff because then they don't think of your stereotypical man. :) Although, I think, the minty/more-generic-manly smells would help your situation more. I don't need a certain smell. You do need a certain smell; man.

I am a man. Definitely a manly man. :p

FBB's parents steal towels and complimentary amenities from motel 6. That's beyond cheap. You have my condolences.

The shampoo they offer is terrible. I prefer my hair without the shampoo they offer. It's worse with the stuff than not.
