A lot of females like a man who has a sent other than just a dude who's showered. I find most body washes to be pretty crappy for providing a nice sent though, they're mostly just a cheap cologne replacement.

That said I do like Axe Recovery (green) females comment on how good I smell when I've used it. I use it when I'm too cheap to spray on cologne.

Cologne or Body Wash I DO NOT like woodsy smelling ones. I definitely go for fruit, but not anything flowery or overly sweet. Something like Issay Miyake (cologne) or Axe Recovery that has a nice citrus with a hint of melon sent for the wins :)

Yeah I'm not big on cologne or scents in general, but I tend to keep using Axe bodywash, because it's not an overwhelming scent and I just like it. I'm not using bodywash for scents that attract women, because my bodywash isn't going to be what gets attention, if they're that close then maybe but I think it's in the bag at that point. :p

However, when it comes to cologne I tend to stick to Very Sexy (For Him, obviously ;)).
Every single girl I've dated has either said good things about the cologne, or just had apparently no remarks about it.

Wow. Your parents are beyond weird, too?

I don't like minty or fruity FBB, I usually go for something neutral like Cocoa butter and Shea.

thanks Spelling Nazi! I know there's no possible way anyone could have understood what I was attempting to say there. I mean the level of comprehension ability required to follow would have been mind boggling.

I suppose most Men/Boys in here like to smell like an old french whore with their Gillette body wash?

It's Unscented hand soap for me. The only decent one I could find was Dove Unscented. It's girly, but it really is the best unscented one. I could use an invisible soap, but if I dropped it, I'd never be able to find it again until I slipped on it and broke a leg!

Not unscented, but I will use either Safeguard reg or Irish Spring reg.

Kind of sad how the females in this thread tell FBB one thing yet he refuses to believe them. No wonder he can't get a woman. He posts for advice and never takes it.

Scents are overrated IMO. The only time I wear deodorant is when I know I'm going to sweat/have just sweated. Other than that I just shower every morning with plain Lever 2000 original bar soap. Never gotten any complaints or direct compliments.

I'm fortunate enough to have minimal BO, even after exercising; and apparently we humans have pheromones of our own anyway. Why mask them (unless your bad BO overpowers the good stuff)?

When I do use deodorant, it's always Irish Spring.

You ran out of soap, so why not buy soap?

I like bodywash better. I like the luffa and the foam.

I knew you were going to say something like this. You have a puff thing too right?
I'm pretty sure my husband doesn't know what a luffa is. I barely do. I don't want a guy having more products than I do.

Here's what you need to do: Ditch the body wash, body scrub, luffa, puff, etc, until you get a girlfriend. And then you can secretly borrow hers. That's the only way to retain any suggestion of masculinity.
