What religion do you practice?

I'm curious because I was amazed at the number of people who are so against the Catholic church. I also find it interesting that it's okay and even chic to bash or put down a Catholic yet when someone is against gay marriage...heaven forbid, you are labeled a homophobe, bigot, or worse.

i'm more against any group of people that knowingly employs and protects child molestors.

call me crazy.

You're being oversensitive, membership in or sympathy with a group exaggerates the negative they endure. I'm sure it's much harder to be gay in our society than it is to be Catholic. Quit crying.

A boy at my daughter's school (first grade) was asking what religion she was and she was a little concerned she didn't have an answer for him. After talking to her at length about it and reassuring her, I told her that if anyone asks she can tell them we're Unitarians. I felt this was sufficiently meaningful enough to get them to shut up while still being ambiguous, considering it's none of their fvcking business. 🙂

i don't think anyone has a problem with the fact that catholics are against gay marriage. the problem lies more with the fact that many religious feel the need to force the rest of the country to live by their religious beliefs (read: constitutional amendment)

i dont practace any religion, IMO religion is a scam, haveing faith in a higher power is fine but, organized religion is the compleat wrong way to go about it

Winner.

Where's the poll? The more I hear about a particular religion the more I tend to believe it's a bunch of BS. I don't believe things only as much as I have proof for myself. I won't let fear-mongering make a believer out of me.
