Back when I was in LA, I thought the Orange Crush area (where 57, I-5, and 22 meets) was pretty bad.

Here in Denver, I-25 is the most conjested. Hopefully, adding an extra lane will help out.

I agree...I-25 is pretty bad...T-rex construction makes it even worse. And it won't be done till 2007!

freakin' pittsburgh has only one main freeway, and it's only 2 LANES!! and it's always congested. i don't know how people deal with driving here...i hate it so much. such a change from the 5-6 laners of so cal where i can weave around the slowasses...

One vote here for the Hillside Strangler.

LOL, you posted this reply on the same date my sister was stuck in the Hillside Strangler for 2 hours on her way to meet me in Naperville. Ugh!

d(I)e-95 from Port Saint Lucie south in S. Floriduh! No where else in the US even begins to compare.

Somebody mentioned I-35 In Kansas City!!!! That is only bad signage (probably due to the democrats lowering the bar for high school students being able to graduate without being able to read and write), not a hard or dangerous road to drive at all!!!!! Just be glad to live in the KC area, one of the best kept secrets in the US.

I'll agree with you on that last part. I love KC. Not to big, not to small.

However driving through "the grandview triangle" during rush hour sucks, bigtime.

I hate the stupid pittsburgh freeways. The only nice stretch is as you get near the airport where there are actually 4 lanes. But then again, there is no real reason to do a lot of freeway driving in Pittsburgh (no where to go in this craphole). Too bad you have to commute. 😀

I have this freeway that runs E/W just south of my place, I hate the traffic levels on that road, sometimes You have to pull way over to let the tractors or combines go by and who knows someday they may even pave it.

I have a really long commute to work to, If I stay close to the speed limit it takes about 15 minutes. I usually meet around 3-5 cars a day on the way to work, covering just over 15 miles.

This may be a stupid question, but whats the difference between a highway and a freeway?

Between Albany and Buffalo, niether I-90, I-390, I-86 nor I-88 have ever given me problems 🙂
