Who controls Trump? Zionists.
Who controls Biden? Zionists.

Trump will leave office. No matter who we vote for, we get a Zionist. I love our 2 party system. We get the same thing no matter who's elected. They will make him get out to give the illusion you have a choice.

Really? You think our country is run by Zionists from the top down? That Zionism is their one clear end-game goal?
If so, they are doing a really shitty job at it. (But to be fair, they are doing a really shitty job in general)

yeah....I guess it was those zionists that allowed Trump to install an actual Nazi like Stephen Miller as a top aide.

Ah, no wonder you hold the political views you do, you're a flat-out racist.

somewhere, there is a thread to bump from ~2014-2015 where the ATPN conservatives were completely convinced that Obama would refuse to leave office because he was a dictator, and that he was already working on evil plans to dissolve the election process so that he could just sit on the throne for life.

That, despite not a single shred of reasonable evidence or rational thought that Obama was or could ever be that sort of person, with that intent.

Obviously, it's very different with Trump, because he's not only suggested as much, but his buttclingers have professed as much as their desire to see Trump as King of the US for life.
So president Joe looks over at his SS detail and says "remove that clown from my house". All done. Trump can spout orders from the sidewalk until he's blue in the face, won't change anything.

What I think will happen is that Trump will leave and spend the rest of his life telling the world how his presidency was the best ever.

Imagine if the other way around, if Hillary was going to lose re-election and refused to leave office. Magically these gun nuts would be marching right now.

Imagine if Obama did not leave office..

All we would hear is black or muslim slurs for the rest of our lives

Umm he kind of does that already..

Why? What would make you think he won't leave office?

Better yet... What makes you think that he won't get reelected? I think that the "silent majority" actually likes that he's pushing back against Black Lives Matter "Defund The Police" protestors and the "Stay Home Or Die" coronavirus lockdown people... who (oddly enough) are often the same people. Talk about mixed messages.

While the White House is surrounded by the (pick your GOP stooge state) National Guard?

Again, who knew he would illegally have NG shoot and gas unarmed peaceful protesters?

What exactly is BLM doing that deserves pushback from the President?

I think Trump leaving is surely the most probable scenario but anyone who thinks he won’t claim the election was fixed is fooling themselves. He will do this as a trial balloon and see how it goes - if his loss is fairly close it’s possible conservatives will latch onto it and then no, he won’t leave.

Basically, their "Defund The Police" message is scaring people. I'm sure that they don't mean getting getting rid of all police by saying that, but you know the saying in politics.... If you need to explain what it really means, you already lost most people.

This is what defund the police means

Now you claim it is a good thing Trump is pushing back at BLM. Again, considering this is "defund the police" why is it a good thing other then to scare his racist base with thoughts of black boogeymen??

Agreed. Trump could bloviate all he wants about how the election was supposedly rigged and how he's 'owed' a second term, but if he loses he'll be forced out no matter how much he wants to stay. The law requires it, and the military certainly won't protect him -- not when it already disagreed with his attempt to violate the Constitution by wielding the military against American civilians.

Now, as for what happens when Trump leaves... well, he'll claim his presidency was the best, but if he's voted out in 2020 he'll also whine 24/7 about non-existent voter fraud and how Biden should be investigated for existing. That is, assuming he isn't thrown in prison. I suspect Trump would find it a fate worse than death if he can't have access to Twitter and Fox News.

Yes, anyone who doesn't think that Trump refusing to leave is a plausible outcome of his election loss is living in a fantasy world.

You speak as if there's any choice in the matter which there isn't. He may mewl, bark, anything at all but he will be physically removed if necessary. The Secret Service isn't going to oppose Biden taking office and the military has made it pretty clear that their allegiance is to the Constitution. Unless he turns into the Orange Hulk his refusal is meaningless.

People are investing Trump with demi-godhood able to resist everything if he's voted out. No.

I think if everyone agreed he lost you would be right but if the election is at all close I doubt there will be such agreement. What does the secret service do if the president says the election was stolen?

Because <insert Trump invented/inflated conspiracy theory here> hasn't been unmasked completely yet. Combine that with a related dramatic political event (maybe some ~80 year old events might serve as inspiration here), enough people being taken in by the government-inspired fake news, enough people being threatened into turning a blind eye to it, and the conservative fake news network working overtime to spin it, yep, I'd say that's plausible.

Conservatives have proven many times over how easily manipulated they are. IMO they would manage not to fall for the most simplistic scenario for Trump holding on to power being him whining about losing the election all over the media and that it must be rigged, but that's about it. They just need a little convincing to accept what they wanted all along.

I was going with the Masons myself. Maybe the Tri-lateral commission, Skull and Crossbones? Illumaniti? The huge manatee!

Yea, the Dems are blowing this Big Time. I dont really like Megan McCain, but she did make one very telling statement on the View, (paraphrasing, dont have the exact quote) "If you have to explain the policy, you need a clearer policy."

We desperately need police reform, much better training, greater accountability, getting control of the unions, more funding to social programs, etc. But the "De-fund the Police" slogan (mistakenly) gives a first impression of totally getting rid of the police and allowing anarchy. Trump and his cronies at Fox News will have a field day with it.

How many times has Trump done something where people claimed, a President would never do that because it's illegal or unconstitutional, gone ahead and done that very thing.

Now you think the leopard is going to change his spots when it comes to leaving office? Who are you kidding?
