Looks like the chin spoiler, and the bumper is hanging a bit.. I suppose the transmission blew up and took out the bumper?

Arghhh!! It's my site. I don't know why it doesn't work. The sharing restrictions are set properly. Anyway, he apparently threw his Ram 1500 (one of the new gen) into reverse at high speed in order to powerbrake.
I'd tell him to call in a tow truck, haul down to dealer, and tell them that he's too stupid to own it.

Thats not powerbraking anyway
Powerbraking is when you are setting still and put the car in gear with one foot on the brake and the other on the gas to bring the rpms up wihout moving.
What he did is just stupid.

I did that once to my dad's 94 Camry. I was cruising at 30 when I accidentally threw the car into reverse (it was an auto). The car just stopped there in the middle of the road. Luckily the car didn't stall and there were no cars behind me. I just shifted back to "D" and drove home. I was so scared when my dad took the car to the dealer for a tune up (I never told him about it). It's being 4 years already since that day and the car has never had any problems. God bless Toyota![]()
The piece that is off on the front is a small plastic spoiler. I broke mine off 4 wheeling. It does help at high speeds suprisingly.

If it is a non-broken automatic, it will stay in higher gear until the road speed has dropeed to an engine safe level. Now stick, that's another story.
