My car's been sitting in the drive way since 2020, I got it running yesterday, but the tires were about 8psi, I don't have an air compressor. But I have a rechargeable small portable inflator. It's meant for bike tires and beach balls and shit. If I was smart I would have put 10psi in each and drove it to the gas station.
It was SLOW, like almost a minute per PSI, it also gets hot if you run it continuously so you have to let it rest every 6 or so minutes for a minute or 2. Which really isn't that bad because after maybe 12 minutes the battery is dead any ways. And it takes 3+ hours to charge, 1 charge might last for putting 15psi in a car tire so I charged it twice. It took me damn near 8 hours to air up all the tires, and none were above 27psi lol. This thing's money for my electric scooter, but yeah not ideal for a car at all unless you just need to put a few PSI in a single tire.
But in a pinch when you have nothing else to use, these things are lifesavers. Using it on car tires (18") when they're close to flat will be an all afternoon thing. Also realizing AFTER I was finished that putting just enough psi in each to get somewhere with an air compressor would have been the way to do it made me depressed.
And ironically, if I had ordered a decent one with same day shipping off Amazon I probably could have had this done faster lol.
