His fear is it's the opposite.

Being YOUR kid...I don't think he has to be too concerned...

I ordered Grill Grates for my charcoal fed gravity smoker last week, was supposed to be delivered today. So I was going to make Smashburgers for supper, Status as of this evening's "potentially delayed" with "no scheduled delivery date available at this time" and the last update from Fedex says it left Georgia Sunday. I have no suitable cooking surface to make a proper Smashburger, and I have zero idea when FedEx will deliver it.

Fedex online is telling me to sign up for something or other and I can get better tracking info, but when I tried for security reasons they send you a code to your address to verify it's you.

So I might not even get a to eat Smashburger before this weeks over :( I don't want a regular grilled or made in a non stick pan burger :(

The Walmart website kept glitching on me when I was trying to order an Xbox during a rare restock. Annoying

I changed my AD password since it takes several days for it to propagate throughout the network so I always do it near the end of my last shift, as basically all your stuff just starts to die on you shortly after and it's a few days before you can get back in.

But I forgot that now it also takes about half an hour for it to actually let you get back into Windows after you change it. It just sits at "changing password".

It's near the end of my shift and I did not do a final alarm check before doing this and my crosshift will be in soon. Doh.

I don't understand this network. I've been a level 3 network admin managing a much larger AD network before and we never had any weird issues like this.

Another super large small dollar lender just changed to digital signing. In person or online. Now takes 40 minutes to make a loan cause some VP didn't want to spend the $ on faster/better centralized equipment. 3 signatures and done. Me, done in 5 minutes.

Almost boomer-esk.

There is a special place in hell for web devs that keep changing the way people log in on sites. Don't they know people use password managers with auto type? I'm tired of sending my passwords off into the ether. Bing is the absolute worst offender. They are so bad they even ask you twice in a row if you want to stay logged in. Yahoo also started this captcha bullshit this week when I try to log out of one account and into another.

I can understand your hatred. Formerly Mr ATOT. Now, Mrs B reaches out.

FWIW, Ma's hip and knee are borked to the end of expectancy so you shouldn't have a problem catching her. And we took her pistol so there is that.

Or ones that randomly forget your password and you need to click "I forgot my password". No, *I* did not forget my password, your stupid system failed to remember it even though I logged in with it before.

Well...that's just rude. Tell her I'll bring her a replacement.

Tried to kill the super evasive gnat again.
It decided to commit suicide into my hot coffee.
I guess it has done it's job and mated thus going out in a blaze of glory.

Now I worry about it's offspring that's going to hatch
