I have a coupon for Whataburger and I tried to get something to eat this morning. I was in line around 7:30 a.m. this morning and after 5 minutes or so and the line did not move more than a car length, the guy behind me and I abandoned our spots and left. Now I have to have heat up something from a can for breakfast. Boohooo.Sniff..Sniff.

I'm trying to setup an online account to manage my mobile account as I switched providers, and no matter what password I use it says it's too common. I freaking hate these ridiculous complexity requirements some sites have. How the F is 8wQOg*fEizEzZ(wCYlW,qEbOKsV~swwh too common? Like serously. How freaking complex do they want it? To make it worse they don't let you paste in the second field so I had to type it manually for each attempt. Started with an 8 character and just moved up and added more characters and it was never good enough.

Over complicated password requirements is one of my biggest pet peeves. There should be zero limits, just allow everything. The minute you have restrictions you're just reducing entropy. It does nothing to make it more secure.

Don't let me start with capcha. Don't. Just Don't. The bastard system is a freaking joke, even the new and improved one. For example..."let click and choose all the square with the crosswalk". I did that and clicked continue but the system prompted me with a new set of squares with new pictures of crosswalk..."please click and choose all the square with the crosswalk until no more crosswalk". SMH x 100000000000000.

And what with the capcha with all the horizontal and vertical marks so the user could not decide whether the letter was R or P or Q or O? Good grief.

I HATE those! It's one thing if it only asks me once, but when they won't stop asking, it gets ridiculous, and they have the squares fade in sloowwwwly. Screw off with that fancy crap I don' t have all day!

Just found out my company sold all their data centres off for $1B. Glad I'm not in IT anymore... though it still is kind of unerving to see such a drastic move happen. That's a lot of jobs gone just like that.

My niece’s name is Darcy. My brother has his phone configured to announce a caller’s name. The phone pronounces her name with a hard “c”. It’s awkward.

Had a dream around 6-7AM or so this morning I was assaulted by a trio of smug mothereffers. When I tried to kick the lead guy in the nuts I woke up from having nailed my right foot straight into my concrete bedroom wall, hard.

Broke a nail on my middle toe too...

Talk to the prison warden. See if he will put you in a padded cell instead... :p

I'm all sweaty and chafed because I couldn't take a shower last night and the entire house is humid AF. Even after getting the water back on I can't shower yet because every towel, rug, and floor mat was recruited to stop up a disgusting basement disaster last night.

Came home to a flooded basement. Hot water heater decided it was tired of holding my water and dumped about 30 gallons. My collection of thousands of video games were all around it down there. Had to strip down to my underwear and sop up everything. Really wish I had a shop vac.

Luckily, the Neo Geo AES games that are normally on the bottom row of a shelf two feet away were removed for documentation. The closest shelf also normally holds my CIB copy of SwordQuest WaterWorld, which has been appraised for $1,000. Most of the stuff that was damaged were my dupes in boxes in the floor. I have about 15 wet Super Mario Bros 3 manuals and a bunch of wet new in package Amiibos weren't dupes. :( Even some consoles got soaked. I had an untested PSone sealed in a Zip-loc bag and it still somehow got drenched with water pouring out of every vent. I've only mentioned a tiny, tiny fraction of what was impacted. I literally had to carry out thousands of games and cases just to get to the lakes of water. :(

People who have always had crappy looking haircuts are whining about not being able to get haircuts.

Only slept 3 hours because my freaking cat puked in my bed again. Freaking nasty. I JUST washed the blankets too, like literally last night. I managed to catch it fast enough so it does not seep into the mattress, just lysoled the shit out of it and scrubbed it as best as I could. But it forced me out of bed at like 7am. I was trying to revert from night shifts but what a rude way of doing it. She's in time out now, and will be for the rest of the day.

How could you punish the cat for something it has no control over?

It's not any different than peeing or pooping on the floor. Need to punish so they learn you can't do that there. Generally she pukes in her designated area but this time she didn't.
It's very different. Cats have no instinct for where to do it and nausea can strike anywhere. You may try to get to a toilet or a sink to throw up but humans are not animals recently domesticated from nature. Your designated area is probably the last thing on their mind when they are about to throw up, assuming they could even get there in time. How would you even communicate that to the animal without punishing it undeservedly every time it throws up? That's likely when your cat is expecting sympathy and care, not spite and punishment.

If your punishment changes the cat's behavior at all, it probably won't be in a good way. It will try to hide or run some place where you can't interfere or retaliate, leaving hidden piles of puke around the house in places you might never find it.

Punishment basically doesn't work with dogs and cats - by the time you find what they did, they don't remember doing it, and just learn to be afraid of you. Punishing animals is mostly about making you feel better, and is a total dick move.

Cats are typically very studious about using litterboxes unless there's something wrong with the litterbox or they're very ill. I've litterbox trained foundling kittens in hours.

Ugh condenser in my truck's A/C has a leak, going to cost over $500 to fix. There goes this month's credit line payment and then some. I'll never get this thing paid off. Really should not have bought this truck, it set me back way too badly financially and stuff keeps breaking.
