Drove 40 miles to my second favorite restaurant to discover no dine-in because the county clowns think even at 15% capacity maximum these days is still too much of a congregation so they banned dine-in. I was in this same place on Tuesday and maybe 10-12 customers inside with a seating capacity of +400. How is that a major concern?

This is happening everywhere. Many cities and counties are banning dine-in. They aren't doing it on a case by case basis so I think you're barking up the wrong tree by questioning their specific seating capacity. Also, if they were the only place around that still offered dine-in, it would be unfair competition with the others who had to switch to curbside carryout or delivery AND it might draw crowds of people who find their favorite place closed. There goes your 15% capacity.

When there is less distance between me and the guy in front of me at the drive-thru vs. me and someone at the restaurant at <15% capacity then I stand by my position.

Again: the edict wasn't for your particular restaurant and it would likely get a lot more than 15% seating capacity if they were the only place in town still seating people.

I have to remind everyone that the reason the sitting areas from restaurants are closed (hence the drive through and pick up and delivery only) because not just the distance between the eaters but the surfaces of the sitting areas in the restaurants could be contaminate with the virus.

Had to cut a 2" thick marble counter with a 4.5" angle grinder.
I knew it was going to be dusty and terrible...but holy crap it was way worse.
In seconds the room was a fog and after just a minute or two you couldn't see past 4 ft.
It also got so thick it was coming through my PPE and I had to leave and come back later for the rest.
Being that it was to thick, I also had to cut top and bottom, climbing under and then standing back up repeatedly.
Probably shortened my life by 20+ years and gave myself a myriad of terrible diseases.

I knew I should have gone with a 6-7", but they weren't obvious and I didn't want to wander the store looking.
Also probably should have gotten a helper to dribble water with a sponge...water wouldn't sit where I needed here.

Only problem is since the virus can hang in the air for hours after someone coughed it means they have to invest in high end hvac systems!

Well, that was a clusterfuck. Lots of stuff soldout both places, and huge lines at the aldi that's usually sparse. People were pretty nice, so it could have been worse I guess. Gonna have to leave extra early for Wegmans tomorrow, and forego my breakfast sushi. Isn't worth dealing with people.
Plus side is I got breakfast sushi, downside is it was a clusterfuck at 8am(I woke up later than I wanted). My preferred toiletpaper(paper wrapped 1k roll) was soldout, so I didn't get toiletpaper. Shelves were stripped of canned goods. I wanted spam, but it was all gone aside from some lite shit, and oven roasted turkey whatever the fuck that is in a spam context. I got a can of turkey. Maybe it'll be good...

I think I'm done with groceries for awhile. Crowds of stupid people make me homicidal, and I couldn't check my blood pressure cause the fuckin' higi pressure/weigh station was closed due to cooties I presume.

Now they do. Usually during normal operations you come into the establishment and there is a Take Out counter. This keeps very busy. But they came up with an Order Online with a pickup canopy to keep customers at a distance from the building. This is in full swing, but with a reduced menu.

My beloved Augason Farms freeze dried strawberries were out of stock, and then I managed to get them after seeing an in stock notification (Amazon) but they won't get here, it says, until April 1 - 22.

I don't know if the quarter of a can I have now will last until then . I put them in oatmeal cause they never put enough fruit in oatmeal.

Fk u Corona

Oatmeal should not contain fruit...until you add it. That powdered crap in little " envelopes" is NOT oatmeal.

Lol. I love it actually. I guess I don't get the packs, I get the microwaveable cups from Quaker and the Meijer brand organic hippie stuff, but it's probably about the same, but damn it's good.

I've come to realize I'm about the most opposite of a food snob as you can get. I didn't realize until moving downstate and meeting more people, but yeah. I have pretty simple tastes I guess.
