Finished taking cabinet #2 apart and it took like 1/2 the time to do since I knew exactly what to do.

Now I have to find someone to help me lug these 2 shits down into my basement and then put em back together.

Oh and I also am going to clean the crap out of them since they are in pieces.

Ugghh ... #firstworldproblems

Damn that's awesome.

My FWP is that my hair is getting too long to fit in my toque so my ears end up sticking out a bit. Going to have to buy a bigger one.

Plugs in headphones.
Opens MS Teams to join webinar.
Sound comes out speakers instead of headphones.
Goes to sound settings, all is well, except computer is ignoring the heck out of those headphones like the best dang ignorer to ever ignore an ignoree.
Fifteen minutes later finally finds custom settings in MS Teams that forces speakers instead of leaving the defaults well enough alone.
Finds out that Teams also automatically turned on the microphone, overriding the privacy setting designed specifically to prevent programs from accessing the microphone.

TLDR: Fuck Microsoft.
Outlook also grabs control of the speakers and microphone, ignoring privacy and desktop settings.
TLDR: Fuck Microsoft.

The bank holding my HSA chose to misapply a 2020 contribution to the 2019 tax year and then sent me a nastygram telling me I exceeded the 2019 contribution limit. I sent them a message telling them to correct their error and all would be well. They replied that they made no error and that I should consult a tax adviser. Assholes.

I can fix the error by filing an excess contribution withdrawal and redeposit form. They still have to recredit the contribution to the correct year so it makes work for me and more work for them than if they had simply fixed their mistake. Assholes.
So I bend to the will of the machine and send in the bank's stupid form instructing them to fix their mistake. This morning I check to see if they have executed the transaction and yes, yes they did. They dutifully withdrew the funds and redeposited the funds twenty seconds later. But you know I wouldn't be posting here about this if that was all there was. I was once gently admonished for certain language I used when referencing California drivers so I shall set aside the superlatives in this story, perhaps allowing just one to slip in. The bankers withdrew and redeposited 2020 tax year funds, not touching the 2019 contributions, thereby accomplishing absolutely nothing. Dummies.

At least you have hair. Son of a b

Mine is my fucking vape device seems to be going to shit, well more precisely it's having issues charging. I got the Vaporesso Armour Pro, cause Boomer said he liked his, and it's indeed maybe the best device I've had (and I've had TONS of the damn things) until recently.

I'd leave it plugged in and come back hours later and see it was at the same battery level as it was originally (and the mother f'er just eats batteries, even the Samsung 21700 battery I'm using, which are even bigger than 18650 batteries which are bigger than AA ones). I just found out that it seems to maybe be a problem with the port, some wiggling of the USB cable where it plugs into the device can cause the "charging" screen to show up or not. And it looks fine; there's no obvious looseness or issue. Mother f'er.

Sorry to hear you're having problems with your Armour Pro. Mine's still puffing along quite nicely...on the original 21700 battery.

I might have to learn to braid so I can do viking braids. I tend to just do a top pony tail though, easier and still has a hipster vibe to it. :p
Fixed that for ya...just man the fuck up...if you're gonna wear a pony tail...

There's nothing wrong with braids either though...

I would buy a battery charger and 2/4 21700 batts.
I do have a charger that takes the 21700 batteries, and actually the first thing I did was swap out the battery that was in it for the second battery I had. The battery must've had a full charge cause the device said it was full and I was happy. Until I went to charge it again and found I was having the same issue with the second battery.

After seeing how finicky the USB charging port is being now, I'm sure that's the reason. So dumb. I've *always* plugged and unplugged the USB cable into that port carefully and never yanked it out or did other goofy shit. I take care of my stuff.

I had starting filling out the contact form on Vaporesso's site for warranty inquiries but they want who I ordered from (don't know; I only know the date cause I posted about it here rofl) and then to take a stupid video of the problem, which I'll have to wait until home where I have a mini tripod. But since I dunno where I ordered it from it might be pointless anyway. Hopefully it's under warranty still; I got it end of October 2019.
