Cancel then reorder duh
That's too much like work, and throws sand into the works. More chance of something happening that'll piss me off. I don't need them this instant, but it's something I wanted to get, and getting them from amazon helps keep me out of walmart.

Day 3 without a working pc at home. Or internet. Time has slowed down since lightning struck. Feels like third world conditions.

Hours spent at work just shopping online.
Don't know what parts to order to renovate my pc. I'm 5 years behind tech advances in pc components.
Current question: Can you even run Windows 7 on an Intel 1151 socket?
Otherwise I'll flip to AMD this time because Ryzen can be finessed into running Win 7.

1) The same parts you bought before, but slightly different model numbers. Use pcpartpicker.
2) Some. Win7 has some issues with Coffee Lake, so the latest you'd want to go is Socket 1151 revision 1 (100 and 200 series chipsets) and a 7xxx series CPU.

I did the same, ordered stuff of Amazon, then this morning I realized I ran out of beard oil. Should have ordered some too. There's a local barber shop I can buy it at so tend to lean towards buying locally if I can, but I'll be working all week so I'll probably order it and get it half way through the week and it will save me a trip on the weekend.

I should see if I can find that stuff in bulk, I go through it faster now days.

I want to go to bed since I'm tired but had a glass of water at work and now I can't stop having to pee. Sometimes it does not take me much to send me into a state where I have to go every 5 minutes. Super annoying.

It's always been bad for me, but it's very random. Like sometimes I can drink a coffee or water, and I'm fine, other times a single glass of water will send me down a spiral where I end up peeing it out like 10 times. I basically have to wait till it stops being clear. When it's clear I know I'll have to go again in 5 minutes.

See a guy about your kidneys/bladder... if that happens in Canada. My kidneys, apparently, are marvelous according to my blood tests. I could donate. The last time I slept 8 hours without peeing was when my 9mo got over the colic....17 years ago. Twice a night is nice.

But see a guy if you can.

Dealing with this weird heat here in Portland,OR.
(it's 72 degrees F outside at 8:45 PM.)

I'd moved into a new apartment about 3 weeks ago,and I haven't gotten the energy up to re-hook up my portable window-vent A/C.
Hoping I can get it re-hooked up tomorrow afternoon.
(it's the kind that vents out thru a window, and you have a plexiglas vent that the hose fits thru and fits under the raised window.)

Too warm for this early in the year....

Why does it have to be a guy?

I hate people who put GoT spoilers right in the freaking title. Was browsing Reddit at work and accidentally ran into a pretty serious spoiler.

I finally broke down and watched season 6 a few months ago after waiting two years and realizing the next book is never going to come out. I read through all five books before even starting to watch the TV series, and I watched seasons 1-5 in like two months.

Now I'm debating whether or not to start season 7. I wish I could read the next book before watching the next season, but I have no idea what the hell GRRM is doing.

I haven't had any trouble avoiding spoilers, though CNN likes to put screencaps on their frontpage.
I know there's something about Arya that shocks people, but that's it.

I'm done season 6 myself, can't wait for time off so I can start on 7, and from there I will just watch 8 as the new ones come out. Too many spoilers everywhere.

The one from today made me so sad. I liked that character. :(

I think my years of drinking kinda f'ed my body (in more ways than one). Now I can't go more than say 6 hours sleeping without risking urinating in my sleep, so I set an alarm every day to get up and pee (sometimes twice if I sleep long enough). It doesn't help that I drink a bottle, or more sometimes, of water during the night. What, I'm f'ing thirsty man, my throat gets try as shit. But I dunno if the "can't hold my pee" is partly due to drinking, I kinda feel it is, cause I'd frequently pass out with a full bladder and sometimes woke up pissed myself (cool right). And I feel like maybe I f'd up my bladder, or the mechanism to hold in urine? LOL I have no idea. Maybe it's just part of getting older (I'm 35)? Yeeeaaahhhh...

LOL, GRRM is busy doing about anything not related to writing the final ASOIF books as he can, at least if you read his blog. He seems a lot more interested in that Nightflyers or Wild Cards crap than ASOIF.

Some guy posted the same post three times in a row and I forced myself to read it three times so I could make sure there wasn't anything that I missed, even though it was the same post.

I'm not into GOt, but I can appreciate the heraldic emblems - though a bit modern for my taste.

I ordered a wolf's head cutout without
WINTER IS
COMING
STARK
laser-etched into the wood
... but no luck. :( It showed up with text printed on it.

BOthers me because I don't want to promote the show, and the whole slogan is played out - so I'll paint the thing.

I need to get more sleep, but I fail to go to bed earlier. I feel like I'm "missing out" or something if I do, even though I'm just watching tv/movies/videos or playing a game. My brain is fail. fml
