Bought bagels the other day and forgot I had them, they went moldy, never even had one. I hate wasting food.
My wife buys a loaf of bread every week. Might only eat 1 sandwich but she buys a new loaf and tosses last weeks out. There was nothing wrong with last weeks. Nuts.

I am really despising the latest version of firefox (55.0.3) It freezes a lot when on the music page of Anandtech forum.
Also when it starts up, it will freeze for moments at a time.

I find bread only really lasts about a week before it starts to get moldy. I mean if you're really hardcore you could trim the mold off, but I that point I rather just throw it out than to chance it. Last's longer in the fridge but then it gets all hard and crap so I try to avoid the fridge. I should have put those bagels in the fridge after the 1st day of not using them, and didn't. "oh I'll have them tomorrow" I said, for about a week. lol.

Firefox has been so terrible. I pointed that out on Reddit and holy crap did I get hounded on lol. It's been an issue for like a decade but seems some people are still in denial.

If I was better at coding I would look at the source code and strip out anything useless and build a "lite" version and call it Firesquirrel. :p

My wife buys a loaf of bread, and promptly puts in the refrigerator, even though I keep telling her it makes the bread go stale faster. I hate cold stale bread. :(

I just realized my professor looks kinda like my mom. (My mom's been dead for 16 years, so I didn't notice immediately.)

:D

I use Pale Moon myself. I dropped FF after there asinine Chrome copy with the UI. There's so much shit about FF that I don't think most know. Like how George Soros is involved with it to "help" filter so-called fake news. And Chrome is no better. Pale Moon is alright, but it too has its issues. Mostly with its user agent since a lot of stupid websites use UA sniffing. I find that I have to switch between Pale Moon and my plain vanilla install of Chrome just to use Facebook. It's due to uBlock.

I've used FF since it first came out and before that it was the Mozilla suit. Sad they are now a shit browser.

yeah I feel cornered, I don't want to use Chrome or anything that's based off it, and FF is turning to crap. In general I think Mozilla still has a good goal and are for libre software/internet etc but their coding just sucks. They need to slow down with the major releases and cleanup their code. It's ridiculous that they are at like version 50 something, I have never seen a piece of software hit that high before. Typically a major version release might happen every couple years and the other updates are simply that, updates. I feel they are trying to play a numbers game rushing major releases just so they can have a higher version number. I would hate to be an extension developer.

I download the Chase bank app and started doing deposits on my phone. This is great because it saves me trips to the bank. But they put a $15K monthly limit on it which I hit in days!

I eat around mold all the time. It doesn't taste as good because it's stale, but I'm neurotic about not wasting food.

So I went to the fairly new Taco Bell because it was Taco Day and got the special $5 box. It had 4 tacos with special wrap papers, no drink and it was ok (and it was in a paper bag and not the special box as it should be). Nothing special. I was not impressed at all. I should get the regular $5 box instead.

We used to have Taco Bell here, did not last long unfortunately. It's not GREAT, but it makes something different than the typical burger and fries.
