Tax stuff is always retarded slow here. It's usually like March by the time I have all my papers. Looking forward to that, I can use the money.

Well, I just cleared off my 12:00am tonight. Finished up the last box of my instant mac & cheese. It will be coming out magnificently in about 8 hours.

Have you considered a probiotic supplement?

...

Or have you tried medical marijuana? (The anti-inflammatory effects can help alleviate symptoms of Crohn's disease.)

^I have not tried probiotics. In the past decade, I've taken antibiotics twice: once for my wisdom teeth and once when I thought I had a sinus infection. The second time, I noticed that "things" changed since I was paying attention. Honestly, no idea what the problem is. It's not the milk, butter, or pasta. Must be something in the sauce but it's not isolated to one brand or flavor. It's the cheapest and best tasting colon cleanser I know of right now with near perfect timing.

Tell me about it, I hate this whole unstable weather BS. Don't know from one day to the next if it's going to be hot or cold.

Should have been further south this past week. Massive rain storm poured through and I was too cool for an umbrella.

Yuck, rain in winter is the worse it just screws up everything. We might get some here too, it's suppose to go up to above freezing in a few days. From -39 windchill to +2!

We had insane winds on and off for the past few days. Would be around -20 with windchill of -39 or so.

Just blew my budget for the month after going to the dentist and paying my cell phone top-up. I can pay it, just feel bad cause those numbers on the computer look big.

didn't get a fortune cookie w/my Chinese take out. 🙁

how am I suppose to pick the magic #'s for the lotto now?

The batteries in my smoke detector died and it's CR123A which I don't have so had to rig the server room smoke detector in that location (don't want to make holes for something temporary). Need to go see if I can find those locally tomorrow, if not.. Amazon. lol.

The ones in there looked like they were starting to leak, and I damaged them further trying to take them out. Given how violent lithium ion shorts are I decided I should probably discharge them fully. I imagine a salt water bath is going to do just that. They're just sitting in a container in the sink right now lol.

The stand for my monitor is in the way of the remote. I like to keep it on the couch beside me and just reach over to hit mute, play, pause, etc w/o having to expend the additional effort of actually lifting it, heaven forbid. But if I happen to put the remote in the wrong spot and hit a key, nothing. Then I have to readjust the position and try again. I mean what the hell. At that point I may as well pick the damn thing up and start point it at shit like some hillbilly.

My Elan 7 uses that.

I looked into getting a CR123A powered smoke detector... Found some batteries that were $5 from reputable brands. Pretty steep when a bulk pack of 9 volts has a unit cost of like $2.50 a pop or less -- I'd have no use for bulk CR123 batteries.

And I went to the Best Buy to browse. Holy shit, they had an entire lower shelf cabinet full of open-box Sony mirrorless cameras. Didn't check the other DSLRs but that ain't great -- I have a Sony mirrorless and like it.

Ordered a bunch of snuff Jan 1, and it isn't here yet. Fuckin' Royal Mail. Don't have these problems on my Swedish orders...
Got my snuff yesterday. New EU regs have ruined the labels :^S

Yeah first time I run into that actually. It's a smoke detector that was setup through my alarm company, the batteries finally died after like 4-5 years. Well, my alarm system was saying it was low, but after being in salt water over night they're still making bubbles. Probably should have just hooked up a resistor or something to make them discharge faster. Don't want to put them in my dead battery bin without fully discharging them as they are lithium.

PBS needs commercials. Watching a 1.5 to 2 hour show, it'd be nice to be able to get up without pausing the TV.

I hate holidays. Just means another day of not getting specific chores done. Xmas, Thanksmurdering, MLK and that really Presidents day are all a bunch of BS.
