lol I've been mostly lucky as most of my videos are random crap like parodies or w/e, but I made one that was a parody of those "how to screw the energy company" videos, it basically showed me unplugging everything like the CO detectors and turning off the main breaker. I was practically getting death threats lol. I had to take the video down. Could have disabled comments but it was just a silly video anyway so took it down.

Oddly, my most popular video is a cheezy flash animation of barney beating up the power rangers. It was some kind of audio tune I found on Kazaa and just animated. Come to think of it I'm surprised I never got a copyright notice for that one. Pretty much all my videos do. You need to use 100% your own stuff, and even then, if someone else uses your stuff in their own videos they can then claim copyright on you if they are a bigger channel/company.

I've gotten one or two "hope you die" type comments. From my channel stats, 99% of people just watch and move on, less than 1% bother to up/downvote and even fewer comment. A chunk of those commenters act like you fucked their mother or burned their house down.

Poured out an entire cup of coffee because I forgot I didn't rinse the cup out before storing it last night. FML.

And I don't speak Arabic but I've heard Arabic-speaking people say "Allahu Akbar" enough times to know how it's supposed to sound. People on TV, movies, or news just totally butchering it.

I want some grilled meat but it is too cold outside to use the outdoor grill and I don't want a smelly house if I cook inside. WWJD.

That was trippy. My desktop went full retard by offsetting to the left... like if you moved the screen horizontally to one side and the opposite end showed up on the other side. Right edge was in the middle of the screen, left edge to its right. Could move my cursor to the left edge to get to the right side of the screen.

More errors showing up these days. My six year old system may be on its way out.

That's what you get when you watch too much porn on your computer. Your computer is going blind. Repent sinner.

LOL.

I see "surreal" is Merriam-Webster's word of the year. Why the fuck is it not "literally?" Literally that word is literally used fucking constantly, by literally everyone all day long. It's similar to a teenage girl using "like" every other word and it sounds stupid. Half the time people don't even use it correctly (they should be saying "figuratively" instead, SMH). This fuckin shit has even infected the media (I'll hear someone throw out the word a bunch during an interview on NPR), not just random joe-blow in your office.

I came in here with another problem but fuck it, this one is plenty. FML

Sitting in doctor's office, waiting for checkup appointment.

Familiar song comes on the overhead radio. Can't place it. Suddenly it came to me...

The "diaper" I'm wearing is annoying. They came from the same package, but the black ones feel like sandpaper while the grey ones are soft. What a pain.

And I have to blow $120 to sign up for a first-aid course. Thank goodness I found an evening one. You don't learn jack shit going 8 hours straight from morning to evening.

Went to a high end coffee shop to buy a bag of beans for a Christmas present. I knew the barista would judge me if I asked to have them ground in the shop, so I bought them whole even though the person I am buying the gift for would rather get grounds than beans.

Hoochy Mama... I googled my city's sex offender's registry -- use your imagination -- and found a map. Turns out the rumored bad part of town really is the bad part of town.

Edit: Oh, shit. My hood is bad too.

Damn... that's almost tempting. I do want to look at building one some time. Still have to pay off my A/C first and have lot of other projects I need to take on after. I really should finish insulating my basement this winter.

just checked my neighborhood. Nearest one is a couple miles away. Looks like he worked for the department of the army and kept kiddie porn on his work computer.
Not smart.

^Are you randomly insulating your basement?

Not professional advice, but there's a risk of condensation/moisture problems if it's not done properly.

Oh it's not really started yet, but part of that job involves doing electrical/data first so need to at least do that soon. Still undecided if I want to do batts + vapour barrier, or just get it spray foamed. Spray foam is going to do a better job at getting into all the nooks and crannies and make it easier to seal properly. Batts will be WAY cheaper though just more work. Then I just need to be diligent in how I tie in the vapour barrier so that I get a proper air seal. Lack of air seal basically makes any amount of insulation useless as it lets all the cold air in.

Not too worried about moisture as I got the weeping tiles and foundation seal redone years ago so I know it's in good shape. Most people actually use fibreglass batts but I'll use Roxul.
