I received my replacement smartphone for the one with hardware failure (the USB port has been very iffy for ~6 months, maybe more). I spent about 3 hours this evening trying to get the new phone (also a Nokia Lumia 520) set up like the old one and got absolutely nowhere. Windowsphone.com's instructions are just complete bullshit. It's criminal that they don't make it obvious how to go about doing this.

Then just say "light ice" and if they give you too much OH FREAKING WELL BOO HOO. You can also pour out the excess ice from your first one and ask them not to add any more for the refill, if that's what you mean by "refresher."

Had to un-hibernate, then hit restart.

And this is on my work laptop, which has a shitty HDD, so was slow. My personal lappy would have hibernated and un-hibernated in like 9 seconds flat.
