Modifying people's quotes can be funny, and it's fine for all the regulars here, but if you were standing in front of me, I'd beat your fuckin' ass. I *do not* appreciate my posts being modified by a spammer.

And you have a chainsaw!

When I tell my friends I don't want Taco Bell sauce because my crunchy taco is messy enough already and it's rarely worth the mess, they always look at me like I'm crazy.

Well, McDonald's tossed a couple picante packs I didn't ask for into my bag of two breakfast burritos. I would've preferred hot if I were normally willing to add it. Anyway, my first burrito was bland and my second one opened up with no mess, no fuss, so I thought I'd try one.

I *very* carefully tore the corner of the sauce packet open but it snagged when I reached the edge, prompting me to give it a bit of a tug. After all, who wants a loose flap redirecting messy sauce all over when you're trying to dispense? Well...

...but it didn't just tear down the back side. Oh, no. The entire contents came out all at once and went airborne.

This isn't even the "mess" I'm typically avoiding, since a crunchy taco is covered with loose shredded cheese and diced tomatoes that are already tumbling out of the wrapper before you can even peek inside (not even nearly far enough to add sauce).

A business 2 blocks over, that has been closed for the shutdown, called and had a piece of my mail...probably since the end of March. She has the only box on that block so the temp post lady puts the whole block's mail in hers and says, "It's the only box on the street so I figure the others will know where to come." Wut? One of those if Bank of Am. Lol.

Well, it doesn't look too venomous. I tend to leave spiders alone, and just think happy thoughts. Spiders and centipedes. They hunt down bugs I like less than them, so I try to get along :^D

Yup i feel the same, part of my new "faith" is do no harm to nothing living unless its just in self defense or if in extreme cases i need to depend on it to eat. Even the biggest of idiots who wear no mask and get within a few feet of me are going to be spared during this Quarantine! If this was before the conversion like a few weeks ago then well some asshole would MAYBE be 6 feet in a hole. Well not really of course but yeah it would be a bit different then my usual reaction as of recently.

I will let Karma straighten out the idiots :) It's been doing a fine job already as is. You can call it coincidence if you want of course.

Not my fault that the contents are always falling out before you even open the wrapper.

Not my fault a crunchy shell will self-destruct and dump the contents unpredictably on the first bite.

I usually choose to have a bland taco or burrito because the sauce isn't worth the potential mess and their burritos are usually sealed shut (not really meant to be disassembled). They really should put the sauce in there for you with a little squirt gun just like they do with sour cream and red sauce, especially since they typically ask what kind of sauce you'd like when placing the order. If they offered it that way I'd get sauce every time.

I was in a sad mood cause of this tragic murder story involving that which shall not be named and some said idiots involved in it then you posted that and i was able to laugh again. Thanks for the pick me up ! I love me some Taco Bell though! Those $5 boxes are usually my favorite.

I would post link to the story but its VERY tragic i nearly teared up. Its one of the most recent posts in the off-topic Costco thread if interested though.

Edit: thanks now i want taco bell but i am avoiding all fast food till this thing blows over. Man its killing me cause i have been craving Taco Bell and INN N OUT too.

I really appreciate app based notifications now. I've seen drivers drop and run even as I'm opening the door. Welcome to the new normal.

Wife wanted another bag from Hermes site. This time it was some small purple bag. It was only like $1,850. Great I thought. At least it's not too expensive. So I go grab my credit card and start to checkout. Can't checkout. Someone had already bought it while I went to grab the credit card.

So I ended up having to buy her more expensive bag. Bought a pink bag for almost double the price as the smaller purple bag. That's now 3 Hermes bags in less than a month I think.

I keep a hand cleaner pump bottle by the kitchen sink full of Dr Bronners liquid peppermint soap. I use for hands, and if I only have a couple dishes to wash. The pump stopped working, and I assumed it wore out. I unscrewed it, took the pump out, and like a dumbass I faced the nozzle towards me, and pressed the plunger. Worked great! I shot peppermint soap right into my eye. I did it an hour ago and my eye still hurts :^S

Me too, however, my wife can't handle it - so I get sent on search and destroy missions against harmless insects.

All spiders are venomous however the vast majority of them carry such mild venom it effectively does nothing to people even if they manage to bite.

In addition most *(not the OP's!) have small fangs which can't really penetrate human skin. If you were bitten by the spider in the pic you would not enjoy it at all but would be extremely unlikely to suffer long-term damage.

Finally (and this part folks don't want to hear lol) spiders have no interest in biting you and will only do so defensively. What this means is if you are seeing spiders then you have an insect problem of some kind.

I have been bitten a couple of times in life by spiders. Last one was right near my temple - had a nasty welt after that hurt for several days. Twice in 50+ years, not bad IMHO.
