I might have celebrated too soon. I got up this morning, and despite being plugged into the usual charger...the battery was totally ded. I have it on a proper battery charger now...and it's showing signs of charging...but I don't know if the charging circuit in the mod has died, if the battery that got "wet feet (negative end) has gone bad...or if the wall charger just crapped out.

:(

Hey boom, that mod is execllent.Might be worth buying again?

I've been happy with it since I bought it...maybe last April. I really suspect the issues I'm having with it are somehow related to the dunk in coffee this past week. (can't quite be sure, but...) :p

plunked a different fully charged 21700 battery in this evening...and so far, so good. Charger is currently working, charging my back-up device, so I don't think that was the problem. Just not sure why at 0230, it was showing about 40% charge and charging, but at a bit past 0800...totally dead.

One of my coworkers came in today to grab her computer and go home because she is sick. She's now wandering around the office chatting and telling people, "I'm not contagious."

GET THE F' OUT OF HERE! JUST HOLD YOU BREATH, DON'T TOUCH ANYTHING, AND LEAVE! F'!

"OMG, you would not believe what little Brandon did last night. It was so cute. He is so sick right now, but I was playing with him and he vomited into my mouth! Ew! But it's not gross though because it's your baby! I mean, like, it was so cute! Ok, enjoy your lunch!"

I cannot rotate tires on all four of our vehicles because the back are bigger than the front. Annoying as they wear out fast that way. Especially with soft, higher performance tires.

I just picked up my new work truck. No power mirrors and no remote. How am I expected to work under these conditions?

The paid help always worked under, what you call, conditions. Just repeat, "Oh, baby. Oh, baby."

I had an issue with one of my Rush 2049 cabinets and the monitor was acting up as seen in this video below.

So the replacement pot came today and it took a whole 2 minutes to solder on and then everything worked. So I could finally put them back together and get it all cleaned up. And then I had to calibrate the monitors. Ugh #firstworldproblems.

Can't decide whether to carry on using a script-blocker. I feel paranoid with the amount of crappy spyware and other unecessary junk, on sites. But with scripts blocked some bits of some sites don't work, and then you find there are eleventy-zillion scripts, all with stupid uninformative names, and you can't work out which one you have to allow to get the page to appear or function properly.
Why do sites vary so much in how many scripts they have running? Some have only a handful, some have zillions of the things, most of which seem to be entirely unnecessary.

I can't even imagine getting those things down the stairs.
Not sure if you saw my previous post in here about it, but I took em apart and it made it much more manageable.

I got everything down there myself other than the main cabinets. My brother came over to help me get those but we got it down just us two and the cabinets strapped to a dolly. It took some clever thinking to get the 30" base of the cabinet through my 29" door opening at the top of my stair case, but my idea worked like a champ.

Too expensive man. I have looked into them already. And they are really expensive to fix as well. It's just because there are so many parts and can just be a time sink. When I went to this guys house who fixed my monitor in my KI2 cabinet, he showed me a pinball machine he had been working on for 100 hours. He flipped the play field up and showed me the inners and yeah there is just so much stuff going on in there.

I liked pinball growing up but I think I'm a bit young compared to the generation that REALLY likes pinball machines. I'm more of a 90's arcade guy and I feel the 80's arcade guys are more into pinball generally speaking.
