Hell, I've NEVER been given a refund for vehicle licenses after I sold a vehicle. At best, you get a bit more from the buyer...or dealer where you trade it in.

Went to the gas station to get gas and put air in the tire that seems to have a slow leak... a tanker was blocking the air station. Ended up going to another gas station a mile away.

I should probably put air in my tires, keep getting the low air pressure light. My first time owning a vehicle fancy enough to have that feature. :p

it's normal to lose 1-2 PSI per month. Cold weather can exacerbate that.

Got back from being away and one of my smoke alarms was giving the five-chirp signal. I guess it's time to replace all of my smoke/CO detectors.

Drove up to PA to get pretzels packed in a plastic tub, and they didn't have any. I guess I'll just order a box, and either give it as-is, or repack it in a different container. All I got was some hardened 40d nails, and 100oz of premix 2stroke fuel as an emergency backup in case I run out of the stuff I mixed.

I went to Costco on Friday, and there were like 10 people at the first registers where every single one had a big tv. The people who were existing fro the registers had them also. I've never seen so many big tv's sold at once. At least then I saw some people without them.

they do sell a lot of them...they had a couple of deals on lower end sets that probably attracted people for use as "extra" tvs...spare room, etc.

It's crazy how TVs seem to just be given away now days, like even outside of black friday they are so cheap now. I paid like 2k for my 55" 1080p years back. Now even the 4k's are under a grand. One of my coworkers found a deal on a 75" for like $300.

The Panasonic 65" plasma i'm replacing had a retail price of $3500 when I bought it in late 2013. IIRC, I paid $2200+ for it. I just bought a 65" Samsung RU8000 LED set for under $800. Will the picture be as wonderful as the plasma? Probably not...but it should be very good...for the price.

The CMOS battery in the computer at church died so I took it out so I know what kind to buy and put it in my pocket. Forgot about it when I got home and changed and now I can't find it. It probably fell somewhere while I was changing but looked everywhere in my room.

Hoping we still have the motherboard manual somewhere as hopefully the type will be in there. I know it was CR something, but that does not help much, there's a million different kinds that all start with that.

Someone on ATOT whined about someone on ATOT whining about pressing buttons for language choices.

I have a feeling that might be a long ways away. :p

Actually I might go check Radioshack The Source tomorrow, if I can get it locally it will save me waiting.
