Dreading the call to Comcast to demand they lower my Internet bill. They have never given me any promotional pricing ever. I was an inherited customer from the Adelphia days, which means I am the proverbial red-headed stepchild of their bastard son from an incestuous family. So when Monday rolls around I'll see what happens. I'm paying $60/mo for 25 Mbps service, which is pathetic compared to the minimum $40/mo for 45 Mbps the AT&T Fiber is offering (as well as $60/80-per month for 100/1000 Mbps). Target is to get them to drop the price from $60 to $40. Being a pessimist my prediction is they will tell me I am lying about the AT&T Fiber offering even though they, themselves, can type in my service address into the AT&T Fiber check-service website.
