The Final Countdown (or something like that.)

I remember it used to come on TBS all the time.

Even if we could we should never ever attempt to alter history. Changing the slightest thing could have horrible unintended consequences let alone an event like Pearl Harbor which would have massive ramifications.

The participants were usually little boys. Why don't you just become a Catholic priest? You can re-live history that way.

I'd like to go back to the day Hitler committed suicide, and punched the bastard in the face, take away his gun, and have him face the world for his crimes rather than ending it all in such a cowardly fashion.

I'd go back to January 2001 and warn the government about what was going to happen over the summer and in the fall. Of course, then I would probably be arrested because of threats against the government, then the terrorists would strike and then they would believe me.

 But seriously, that's what I'd do, probably... stop that one event from causing so much more pain and agony in the world.

Why not just go back and kill Mohammed as a child? That would probably save millions of lives, from not having the Crusades and not having radical Islamic terrorists.

Can we do Mary, Joseph and Abraham while we are at it?

Sounds good to me.

except that would radically change much of the population of the world, but sure.

Id go back to the time when King Arthur was rumored to exist, to see if any of the legend is true.

I'd go back to the time before I entered this thread, and prevent myself from wasting my time.

;)

Well, I'd have to believe in the "Lord" in order for that to be true, correct?

And don't say .."No, because the Lord believes in YOU!"

Whatever you say, Doc :D

As for me, it'd be a tough choice between Roswell, 1947, and Woodstock... probably Woodstock, since that way I'd get to experience the pinnacle of music live and see UFOs (not to mention tons of other stuff) ;)

I'd go back to somewhere at or just after the Crucifixion... So I could, er, neutralize the Apostle Paul before he could establish Christianity in his own image.
