Real sugar, none of that fake crap.

90% of the time I drink it black, but we have some coffee mate creamers at work and I love the hazelnut flavored one and will use one every once in a while. That stuff can be quite addicting.
 
Black, unsweatened, that's the way god made it.
Adulterating coffee is like putting katchup on hotdogs.
 
Milk or half n half only if it's too hot and I need to drink it right away (like in fast food restaurants and I'm in a hurry) or pretty bad.
I only add a little sugar (max 1 teaspoon a cup) on the rare occasions I drink flavored coffee (only one I've had this year is Pumpkin Spice, which is a fall favorite for me now).

Otherwise it's black and unsweetened.
 
I'm a man's man, but I just can't drink black coffee. I've tried twice in my life & coffee tastes like ass when left black.

Lately, I'm big on creamers.

Creme Brule' is the shit.

Hershey's has a chocolate one that is damn good with a dark roast.

When nothing else is available I usually do a little cream & a little more sugar.

My girlfriend's taste is like yours. She puts liquid Hershey's chocolate into her expresso with foamed moo. To me that's disgusting, but chocolate seems to be a woman thing.
 
Black.

Starbucks coffee is awful black. It's bitter and burnt. It's the worst coffee out there amongst the big chain retailers.
Intelligentsia coffee is smooth.
