I like that Case. I'm a 100% DIY for desktop systems though, so Alienware doesn't appeal to me.

with this alien u can forget custom build liquid coling performance and decent oc performance.

Alienware is overpriced but they make nice products. If one can afford it, I say more power to you. I like your case and keyboard. Not sure the advantage of an alienware monitor.

Some of their laptops are a bit garish for my taste as well. What is the hardware in your system?

system is quite old

CPU : 3970X @ 5GHz (Intel EE Extreme Edition)
RAM: 32GB DDR3
HD : 4TB
GPU: 7970GHz (2) ---- upgrading to GTX Titan-X


cpu at 5ghz is way too hot for the horrible alienware cooling system, i benched it on custom loop (can reach 5.2, but 5.0 was rs)

sure, this setup is not for sale atm, i had it years ago! (and i m not going to upgrade this rig, only because i love the aesthetics!)

Alienware is played out and will never look as cool to me as even the most basic of custom builds. Anyone can walk order a prebuilt computer, but only those who are really in to the hobby build them.

i only like the old Alienware models, so i think they hate me

took alienware 14 (new design) only for the screen (superb), i don t like it and i m not going to buy new aliens

I have an Alienware X51 with an Ivy 4770 and an Alienware 13

LOVE them both.

No hassle, small and compact, and if there is a hardware issue, I have next day support (3 years on both originally).

I did IT support in the past, it is nice that it is not my hassle anymore.

Alienware= over priced Dell. Not a hater, I don't have a ton of money. So my logic is I can build it myself, and the money I save(over half)will go towards the build.

Most pple replied Alienware are too expensive. I know this, i' m not sayng you have to buy one and there is no need to point it out cause i don t care about money

Although my laptop is an alienware I plan to shop around when I have to replace it because when I bought it the selection for desktop replacement laptops was rather limited. These days there are more options and I would be inclined to buy an Asus model. As for desktops I build my own and always will but respect that the OP is excited about showing us his new rigs and as long as he's happy with them that is all that matters.

I Currently build my bench rigs!
But i don t post pics, because they re normal case with triple samsung monitor setup and the default nerd s logitech stuff. I don t like their aesthetics and they don t have appeal to me.
