at work:
right front - keys, loose change, access card to get into the R&D dept.
left front - usb drive, pocket knife
right rear - wallet
left rear - nothing
at home:
unless i'm planning on going out somewhere or leaving the house, nothing.
Front left: cell phone, sometimes the USB drive if I have it with me.
Front right: wallet and keys.
Back: Nothing. Why be uncomfortable with a wallet or something back there? Seinfeld had an episode summing up my points.
Wallet and change/loose money in front right pocket. Phone in front left pocket, single car key in random pockets (shirt, left pocket, right pocket). Nothing ever in the back pockets.

Left side belt - 2x grenades for even more happy
Backside Belt - Knife for making sh!t dead
Right leg - Pistol for making more sh!t dead

Right front: cash & receipts, sometimes cell
Left front: keys, watch if I'm not wearing it, sometimes cell
Right rear: wallet (driver's license, insurance cards for me & my kids, debit/credit cards, etc)
Left rear: usually nothing, sometimes a small notebook with reminders/shopping list
