Right front: Keys and pocket knife
Left front: CC/Business card holder
Right rear: Wallet
Left rear: Handkerchief

left back = Wallet, Ipod headphones
 
usually:
left front- cell phone
right front- keys
back left- money or wallet
right back- empty
 
Right Front: University ID Card, Keys (Room & Car)
Left Front: Wallet (sometimes), Cell Phone (sometimes)
Back: Nothing
 
Front left: Keys and money clip (Sometimes there is even money in the clip).
Front right: Leather business card holder with business cards and building key card.
Rear left: Wallet.
Rear right: Nothing.

Mobile phone/PDA is in belt case above front left pocket.

I take everything out and the phone off when I get home or at my families homes.

Receipts end up in any pocket and eventually the trash.
 
Rear Left: Empty.

Don't you people realize it's inefficient to keep your keys in your left pocket?

Switch it out with your wallet. The keys require 1 hand (your right) to operate properly (even if you're left handed). The wallet requires two hands (unlike that other thing in your pants, loser).
 
front right: pen/pens paper, new people phone # (if on scrach sheet)
front left: PDA
rear right: wallet
rear left: any old school work i got that day (folded)

What if it's not about efficiency? I rarely hold things in my weapon (right) hand, so it makes more sense to keep one-handed items on my left. I also use my keys WAY more than my wallet.

right-cell phone and cash
right rear-wallet

backpack-.12 gauge shotgun with two grenades, a flashbang and a smoke grenades. oh yeah, a 20. oz bottle of water.
