I've got mine set at 80 degrees, but I'm thinking I should install seperate thermostats for different rooms of the house. Since it definatly doesn't feel 80 throughout.

<--- sweaty at 12pm

78 when I'm at work, 76 when I'm awake, and 77 when I'm sleeping. Sometimes 77 when I'm awake, too.

I have no idea. I just turn it down until I hear it click. Damn non-digital thermostats :|

Thermostat been winged over hard left (<60F) since January. Rarely goes below 77F in the cabin. Of course there's places that are much hotter. Funny thing is most of the time it's MUCH cooler outside. We've had 50F days in the Baltic region and it's 80F inside.

All that coolth in the casino - such a waste.

I spent a majority of my life in various parts of Florida and Alabama (where central air is a staple of life).

Living in Nyc, it isn't as common (though in-window units are); and to be honest, I don't miss it. I do have a decent fan I occassionally run to circulate fresh air in from the window.
