Do you guys really measure out 1.5oz. of almonds and such?
My breakfast is usually eggs with potatoes and a big glass of milk or two.
My breakfast varies from day to day depending on what I feel like eating and what time I get up in the morning. Like others have mentioned here I also have trouble eating early in the morning.
1oz of almonds is 170 calories. They are the only thing I weigh, since you can go overboard with them. I eat 3 ounces of almonds a day since that meets 100% RDA of vitamin E.
I get the expensive spanish almonds that aren't pasteurized. For me it's about quality and not quantity. 1oz of almonds and 1 orange can hold me for quite a while.
