ive decided that i want to try and lean up a bit, and do it more efficiently than i had in the past. i got back from costa rica last week and for 2 months prior i was eating cleaner and leaned up a bit, but i still went out to lunch at work and would eat usually a sandwich from cosi, jimmy john, subway, or something similar.
when i would pack lunch i would bring 2 sandwiches, usually 1 turkey + cheese on wheat and 1 ham + cheese on wheat.
but now i want to eat even cleaner than that. i know coldcuts aren't the best for you either. i'm just looking for suggestions to bring into lunch that will be healthy and help me lose some of the fat while keeping my size.
i would prefer to eat 2 smaller meals (like i was doing with 2 sandwiches spread out through the day). i'm a pretty big guy (5'11 210lbs) and don't want to lose too much. i'd like to see if i could get down to 200lbs and keep my size, but i know i will also lose a little size if i lose weight in general. just want to keep as much as possible so looking for a protein filled lunch that is healthy.
so does anyone have anything they like to eat that is rather healthy when trying to lose a few lbs? i'm fine with eating the same thing pretty much M-F.
