I'm 17, and going to be 18 later this month. Right now I work at a golf course pro shop.

When I go to school next year, I hope to get a job with the university's Department of Public Safety...wish me luck.

TV commericials are different. I get to watch TV cause of commercials. He is just an irritant.

I don't think you're used to being on a soapbox... this last post is a poorly written in comparison to previous postings.

Bulk mail is necessary. It is, unfortunately, often misused but I have received many mailings that were useful to me and my family. It's a job that somebody has to do whether you like it or not.

When you calm down and get your panties out of a bunch perhaps you'll realize that.

I'm a "Duty Team" member at the local daily paper (fancy way of saying, delivers newspapers in company car for union wages), and I drive buses for a local family owned charter company.

I can say whatever the hell I want. Its a free country. GET USED TO IT. You are a pain in the ass to everyone else for a living! You think people would want to be on your mailing lists? You are no better than a marketing exec for a tobacco company.

And your justifications for it are pathetic. You indirectly make more jobs for people? Yeah right! If it wasnt for you mail would be more expensive? Bullsh*t! Non-intrusive advertising is one thing, you are sending physical junk mail. Theres a reason they call it junk mail.

Take all the exception you want, I stand by it. Do you only blame the person who orders the hit, or the assassin too? You are just an irritant!
Think about the amount of mail sent by these types of companies. And the amount of revenue it generates for the USPS.
Do you blame the truck drivers that dump radioactive material and such into landfills and the water systems?

Your whining is more irritating then his job anyday of the week.

Work for myself. Do my own work. Work my own hours. Mostly computer repair/networking. Do it mostly out of fun and work an average of 8-12 hours or so spread between one to two days.

Will be full-time college student in 6 weeks. Right now I'm helping my uncle take apart the pits at the local bowling alley (that my grandparents own), and work on my dad's farm.

Oh yeah, I'm also 24/7 free tech-support to anyone that knows me.

A blast from the distant past . . . back when we still had fur (some of us still do hehehe).

I'm retired. I think of it as a "calling" though.

Thinking of taking a college class in Sept. Python maybe. Not sure.

I watch screens and call someone if something goes red. They're currently trying to replace us with AI and the results are comical. I'm not worried yet.

I do this for fun, and make some money, but it doesn't keep up with my toy acquisitions, and after my last trip to the hospital caused by my fun, I don't think I'll ever be in the black...

i didn't know they grew radios on a farm
Not sure what he means but unless there really are stacks of radios, it's probably an 'antenna farm.'

I used to have a bunch of different receivers in my car - CB, scanner, something else. It might come to me.

They each need their own antenna, so beside the cables hanging from everywhere, I had at least 3 antennae mounted on the rear - an antenna farm.
