I listen to the co-workers & the boss complaint at each other, and how bad the network & database is.

My other job is me complaining about stupid users

I don't like them because they keep putting crappy cookies in my computer, like Fastclick or whatever those other morons are that I have to keep getting rid of with AdAware. It's just an irritant, I don't like anyone trying to keep tabs on my web surfing.

So instead of flooding my virtual mailbox with easily deletable email, you actually send physical junk mail! Thats even worse!

I take exception to your animal rapist comment assmunch which I consider uncalled for. Cashman asked what every one does for a living so I posted what I do now.

I can say whatever the hell I want. Its a free country. GET USED TO IT. You are a pain in the ass to everyone else for a living! You think people would want to be on your mailing lists? You are no better than a marketing exec for a tobacco company.

And your justifications for it are pathetic. You indirectly make more jobs for people? Yeah right! If it wasnt for you mail would be more expensive? Bullsh*t! Non-intrusive advertising is one thing, you are sending physical junk mail. Theres a reason they call it junk mail.

Take all the exception you want, I stand by it. Do you only blame the person who orders the hit, or the assassin too? :| You are just an irritant!

Like I really give a rats ass what you think. What do you think would happen if all the junk mail that the post office makes a killing on were to stop, well for one thing the postoffice would want to quadruple the first class rates to make up for the loss of revenue.
You tire me son, if you ever make it out of High School and go to college, take Economics 101. I will consider this matter closed. Now don't bother me again. Thank you.

Do you rant at BBD&O when you see a Pepsi commercial during the Superbowl?

Throw the damn junk mail out if you don't like it.

Field Service - basically install/repair/troubleshoot Digital Read Outs and CNC Controls for mills, lathes and crap. Not a half bad job actually, got a free truck, got a cell phone, get paid, and half the time Im driving around. No office to go to, call customers, setup apointments, and go fix their stuff. Only downside is all the paperwork and faxin the crap in each day. Anyone here who does machining has prob seen our equipment on some mills and lathes and stuff. If youve seen the name Trak or SWI on any of the equipment... thats me who installs and fixes that crap. Their flyin me out to LA next week too, so thats kinda cool.

I sit on my ass and rake in money thru ebay. Beats working in what you people call "jobs". I want to get one though, to supplement ebay and have a source for renewable income, but i'm too lazy.

Officially, I'm a field tech (no, not a deliver driver! :p ) for Cox Communications. Officially, I'm just a video tech/installer. Unnofficially, I install and troubleshoot our residiential internet services. I just can't say I officially do that since I haven't been there long enough to make the transfer. :|

On the side, I build/upgrade/repair computers and home networking solutions. I actually pulled off a consultancy job for a lawyer's office a while back, which was pretty cool. In a few years, I plan on finishing my EE/CE degree and sit in an air conditioned building all day. Ugh. :p

Grocery Store manager (night shift). It's not a great job by any stretch, but it pays $20 an hour. $30 an hour for overtime. And ten hours mandatory overtime every other week...

Going to school for IT stuff. I've been working at the same job for 12 years now (since I was 16) and it's time for a change. Sucks I'm going to have to make less money to make more money eventually...
