Went out to the barn and got fresh eggs. (Very fresh)
Cooked 1/2 a pound of bacon, so I'd have the bacon grease. Chunked up a NY Strip, removed all chunks of fat, etc., and fried it in the bacon grease. Then, 4-egg omelets, with steak & cheddar (real cheddar, not that pretend cheese crap that comes in slices.)
