I eat the same thing almost every morning.

Dannon Light and Fit yogurt (70 calories, low in sugars and carbs)
2-4 slices of low calorie toast (60-80 calories each)
2-3 tablespoons of "healthier" natural peanut butter (95 calories each)
2-3 tablespoons of Smucker's "no sugar" preserves, (10 calories each)
1 cara cara orange when they're available, (80 calories) or a navel orange...or grapefruit when car cara's aren't in season.

It sucks a little, but I've dropped over 50 lbs by cutting out breakfast cereal, milk, and things like bacon, sausage, and butter on a regular basis. (Maybe once per week I'll have a bowl of Quaker Old-fashioned oats with 1% milk, once per week, we MIGHT go out for a restaurant breakfast, usually something like bacon, eggs, hash browns, and maybe once a month, pancakes.

You have mobility problems, don't you? Maybe once you drop enough weight, you'll be able to move more and "work" for a better breakfast.

So far, coffee and snus. I had planned on making tatertots, sausage, eggs & cheese, but I kind of lost my enthusiasm for it after being up awhile. Might end up with müsli and yogurt.

That sounds way to mathematical.I would get bored with that silly regime fast.

Yeah. It's difficult to lose weight when you can't exercise much. (and easy as pie to gain a metric ton...quickly)

beef and rice cake soup made with beef bone broth as the main dish. Side dish of radish kimchi, cabbage kimchi, seasoned soybean sprouts, and pan fried beef dumplings. And 2 cups of coffee which I drink every morning regardless of the meal.
