Man, why hasn't any one mentioned any latin countries like Argentina or Puerto Rico? I love their lifestyle and their appreciation of family & leisure over work & money. Plus the food is great too!

Seems like a good place to make my first post. I live in New Zealand so my prefered countries would probably be;

1) Australia, similar to NZ culture but with a better climate ;)
2) US, seems like a good place for geeks to live. Excellent internet options compared to the ripoffs we get here.
3) UK, easy access to mainland Europe without having to learn their languages and culture
4) Italy, good climate and seems like a nice laid back country...they speak funny tho :D
5) Canada, seems like a great country. Although their climate would literally kill me.

I've been to the UK (most of the main cities), Australia (sydney, gold coast), and the US (Los Angeles) so I am speaking from a little bit of previous knowledge.

1. Japan. More specifically, Okinawa -- nice place, very chill. B'sides, trips to big cities wouldn't be all that hard.
2. England. I've been there for a little while. Nice place.

Being from Canada I'd say:

1. USA - becasue it would be a similar lifestyle......... but being paid in US $ and lower taxes would be great :) Probably somewhere in Southern California, Florida or Hawaii (notice I likes me the warm weather).

2. Australia - I've been there twice & I absolutely love it :D

3. Fiji - Beachs............. enough said ;)

Cheers,
