Had a Japanese flight, with a Four Roses on the side there. Have been getting into Japanese whiskey lately, pretty impressed with it. I like that they named it, most places don't and I forget what they claim it is when they bring it to the table.

Where's all the real men at? all I'm seeing are candy/pastry flavoured ales for hipsters  I'll have a pint of lager and a packet of crisps to get started thanks!

lol. While I get the criticism of the latest types of brews, shtiting on a 10% stout for a 5% lager is pretty funny.

Also how the fuck is this a forum member that registered in fuckin' 2017 making their 2nd post?

Someone forgot to tell me there was only 1 strength of lager :sunglasses:

As to Q:2 I guess it's just one of life's little mysteries

Look a little harder? Decent number of previous posts covering Belgium style beers and barrel aged

You doing the Tavour stuff? I can honestly say there's definitely some breweries I've been disappointed by. Kettle has been one of them.

Anyhow, sticking to some classics today. In particular Chimay blue.
Some was dissaponting but I've really enjoyed others but Tavour got shut down in MI so that's that I guess

I need to pick up a couple of nice beer glasses so I can show those nice pours like y'all do. Brewed in Mass (duh). ALC% is meh.

Okay, that was kinda yuck. Cold it tasted sweet and more like an Ale. Warm brought out the bitters, but otherwise is was pretty 'flat' tasting. Lucky I only bought a 4 pack.
