What a great wife

Its our anniversary and my wife thinks I should just put a bow on either the new fridge or the new tile floor as her "gift" 🙂

This is all part of a 900sq foot addition we are still working on and she wants to keep costs low so that the new kitchen can get finished!

No trap, just the way she is. If it came down to something sparkly or something useful then useful wins out every time.

Personally I would prefer to wait until the counters are in because that should be a good height.

I can see the OP stuttering when she'll say some time from now '..And all you gave me was that stupid floor..'.

You should put a bow on your penis and tell her she can have her present after she makes you a sandwich.

She likely means it, but would still be thrilled if you did something thoughtful for her that doesn't cost money.

Well she already nixed dinner since we have gone out twice in the last week for various reasons. And the "doing something thoughtful" is trying to get the next thing on her list finished which I need to work on tonight.

My wife does this all the time. Don't get me anything, we just spent money on blah blah blah that'll be our gift to each other.

It's a trap dude. You have to get her something.
