I'm actually siding with the cop on this one.
But this guys friends are idiots - if your friend is assaulting a police officer, restrain him yourself before it gets more serious, like it did. Their friend is shitfaced drunk, beating on a cop, and they let it happen. They practically signed the death sentence by not stopping him - and filming instead!
