buttered crackers dipped in hot chocolate :p

As kids if we were sick, after we started to feel better the first thing we would always eat was a piece of toasted bread with molasses on it, and dip it in hot chocolate.

Same here, especially good if it's in a sandwich made from leftovers. I also love ketchup with chicken as well. My wife thinks I'm disgusting, although she doesn't like ketchup at all so she's a bit biased on that matter.

My whole extended family has an odd Thanksgiving tradition. We eat Cincinnati Chili instead of turkey. Every year we all go to a different state park (live in Cincinnati so we've been to West Virginia, Kentucky, Ohio, and Indiana. This year we're going to Tennessee) and we all stay in cabins. On Thanksgiving day, we have a progressive dinner. First is salad and drinks at 1 family's cabin. Then appetizers and hor'devours at another family's cabin. Then we eat Cincinnati Chili at yet another family's cabin. Each family brings their own Cincinnati Chili, and it's all poured into 1 big pot and mixed. Finally, we have dessert and drinks at the last family's cabin.

Good stuff. No boring turkey!

I love canned sardines. The smaller they are the better. Smoked ones in olive oil are especially delicious.

I sometimes eat 6 tacos for breakfast. These were purchased from the roach coach.

Baby Octopus Salad (I've only eaten it twice - it was good, but not something I'd bother making myself.)
picture Imagine these little guys as part of an Italian antipasto (replacing salami and other such meats.)

even better picture of little baby octopii

p.s. If you want a passive aggressive way to get even with a couple coworkers, bring this in for lunch on a day when you know they're ordering out for something. Nothing ruins an appetite quite like the guy across from you slurping up an octopus tentacle.

Looks nasty but it's really good. My grandmother got me into the habit.

I eat that all the time -- almost every day, literally. It's usually the last thing I eat right before bed because it has good casein protein to help get me through the night.
