Lately when I do two handed bar curls I get an odd popping in my shoulder. After I come down from curling, as my arms are going down straight, I get a weird pop in both shoulders, its like a huge knuckle cracking, it doesn't hurt, it actually feels kinda cool in a weird way, but I don't know if I should be concerned about it.
It started a few days after I started working on my posture, I used to walk with my shoulders down and would almost slouch a bit, but I've been working on not doing that, and ever since I've been having this pop, so I think thats the cause, but still, I'd like to know what it is and if I should be worried.
