What insurance fraud? Look at the numbers.
Structure: 100k
Contents: 100k
ALE: 50k
Personal Injury, Integra Crash - 8500
Personal Injury, Neon Crash - 8500
Persopal Property, Neon Crash - 2000
Theft Loss, Generator - 2000
Thats about $271,000 that State Farm has had to eat over the past 3 years. I'd say thats par for the course.
I love how that Neon that he had had for 3 days suddenly had $2000 worth of personal property in it that was somehow destroyed in a sideswipe and how there are now $8500 in injuries in that crash. He's such a stoic to have been so injured and not mention it once in the two weeks the thread ran here about the Neon crash.
I'm negotiating supplemental. I pitched a bitch about diminished value and how their numbers were way off.
Oh, its improbable for me to have $2000 in personal property? That's rich.
Rereading what I wrote in case I erred - nope - I never said it was improbable for you to have $2000 in personal property. If only you could read as well as you create claims.
