I bought 2x 290X Lightning in February.
If I can sell those two and not really pay that much more (ideally none, but I get that may not be possible) and end up with one card that can match those two at their best, I'll be all over that. I'd love to ditch SLI/Crossfire, it can be inconsistent and you have to wait for patches and driver fixes, whereas a single card always has a smooth frametime with no microstutter. Driving 3x1080p monitors, and ideally wanting some AA, definitely demands some power.
I wonder how much I can get for them, considering one card I removed the stock HSF and put on a NZXT G10 and Corsair H75 because I had no gap between the two cards and the top card was roasting. Given how quiet that H75 can be, I might just put that on whatever card I get next anyway (unless it comes with one by default

) because no reference or AIB cooler design can ever be as quiet as an H75 loaded with two EK Vardar F4-120's.
