LoKe would still be a member here if he was more mature about how he handled the exploit. He was to impatient about how quickly it was being handled and we all know things move at a snails pace around here.

Was Loke tehe guy who made history by hacking the "bat cave" and used the exploit to lock/unlock threads and more or less create general havoc in the forums for a few hours? I remember being witness to that.

Yeh, he actually showed them the holes by climbing into them. He told them once about them and they didn't bother to fix them. So he climbed in again.

I think he was trying to do them a favor, and he could have created A LOT MORE HAVOC than he did.

We can't fix anything to do with the software. We forward it to Fusetalk who then ignores it and us. What's a Mod to do?

One thing I will say about LoKe he kept his word. He knew the name of every single mod here and try as I did he wouldn't reveal it. That accounts for something. I think you should consider that.

I was on his side, initially.
Lately, he has resorted to throwing tantrums like a 5 year old and threatening to reveal the Mod list when he gets mad abut some perceived slight against a member of that other forum.
I guess this takes the wind out of his sails.

He didn't do us any favors as the Mods have nothing to do with how the software works. What he did do was break his promis and he also threatened to expose us at other sites when he didn't like the way things were handled over here.

That said, we really can't comment on his and other banned members status as it hasn't been determined what we are going to do about it yet.

He's not exactly the only one who's found holes. That said, getting a response out of Fusetalk is akin to the American citizenship process. 😛

We get paid nothing,unless you count abuse as a payment,you get what you pay for here just like you do any other place in life.

I can't speak for the other mods but I'll answer questions when I happen to be around and have time for such,if a matter requires my urgent attention I'll respond to it when I see it.I will browse and post here like any other member,I won't work here like it's an unpaid job.

Really, if someone is pestering the mods 8 hrs/day that is really harassment and they should be warned and then dismissed if they don't knock it off.

What I am speaking of is a couple of times I've been banned and I would seek answers as to why and get ignored or get curt answers that really didn't answer my question.

We now have added many more Moderators and will be adding even more, this should help with responding to situations that may pop up regarding a lot of issues that concern this forum or individuals personal accounts.

Just because I'm a Mod doesn't mean I have to treat you any different than I have in the past in my capacity as a member. In my capacity as a Mod I do have to be fair with you and I have always been that whether you believe it or not. Now that we have to sign our edits and notify you of our actions when it comes to PM's and Vacations you will see that.

You have a method of working people that involves you bull dosering away at them under the guise of asking questions or airing concerns.When you're given answers you don't like you continue to push on,much like a small dog biting someone's ankles.
