I think many are confusing statutory rape and consent laws.

Well for one it would be libel. However; Dari is smart enough not to actually state "Paul Walker (and specify the actor) IS a sex offender".

Sadly, anyone can say "I think SO AND SO sucks dick and probably most of them are 8 years old or less!"

Libel and slander laws are complicated.

That said, it's usually who has the bigger bank account and can afford to blow cash that wins.
