Dominion is suing MyPillow and Lindell, a loyal supporter of Donald Trump, in a $1.3 billion defamation lawsuit.
The way he filed it does make it look like he is trying to trying to separate MyPillow from his own liability. Which is stupid and likely won't work, considering that MyPillow as a company is a wholly owned financial asset of Moron Mike.
I hope Dominion wins, takes his company away from him, and sells his worthless pillow patents to the Chinese. They can always use more cheap, worthless junk to make and sell on Amazon.

Also, NYT got reports from 16 employees of OAN which were anonymous, but saying the same thing. That what they report is false and everyone knows it.
It's a wonder that OAN and Newsmax have not been sued along with FoxNews.

Sure they would. It's just that in this case, the employee outed them for lying on the air, and so did 16 others who informed NYT anonymously. The issue isn't the firing per se; it's the lying. If you want to fire someone for truthfully reporting that your news outlet is a fraud, then so be it. It's your right.
But you're still a fraud.

It's a funny thing about self hate. People who have the worst cases quickly figure out they can make money in a capitalistic competitive society by stoking fear and insecurity via the production of lies based that feed the the needs for a sense of security those lies create. There is a tremendous need for conformation bias in a sick society and where the needs are sick some psychopath will fill them. One might wonder how one can protect the right to speak unpleasant truth from the right to make money on lies that destroy the nation. The only thing that can protect a country from lies is a majority that knows the truth and we now have a near 50 50 divide between two parties one of which makes it their prime objective to prevent people from being able to rationally think. Pre-Nazi Germany couldn't save itself either.

Just read Fox News' motion to dismiss, and plaintiff's opposition brief, in the Smartmatic lawsuit.
What is especially interesting is not that Fox News relies on the 1A as a defense, but rather, that they are not arguing truth as a defense. Smartmatic painstakingly details over 200 false and defamatory statements made by Guiliani and Powell when on Fox News, as well as the Fox hosts' repeating those statements, paraphrasing them with approval, and adding their own false statements. Fox News adopted these false statements of fact, and now tacitly concedes that ALL the statements were false.
So are any of the people who watched Fox News last November and believed that these voting machines were hacked causing hundreds of thousands of votes in swing states to switch from Trump to Biden, now going to reconsider? I mean, given that the network who is now being sued for defamation over these statements is making no attempt to defend them as true. Of course not! Most of them are not even aware of this, and should any become aware, I'm sure they'll avail themselves of whatever mental gymnastics are required to persist in their batshittery.

Spend bulk of that Friday talking about sports, football and bring on a segment featuring some random author who posits the idea that BLM started the Californian fires followed by the 5 person circle jerk who is very concerned about the mental health issues being suffered by children who wear masks in school.
They will coordinate with RNC\GOP who will drop some misleading press releases about economic numbers, Iran and inflation to feed the weekend commentary\editorial fest.
Cap it off by talking about the next election cycle and maybe some yapping about the Chinese.
By Monday all the Foxtard viewers will respond to a question about Fox's admission with "What are you talking about?"

Only an issue if he's on the rival team.

This is true. If Fox ran hourly ads admitting to lying about the election this would not convince its viewers that the election was fair, it would convince their viewers that Fox had become part of the conspiracy.
