Once those skyrockets of lies gets launched by FOX, the mesmerizing sparkling fireworks it creates is what really matters to its viewers. They'll enjoy the show and remember how pleasing it was, indelibly chiseling it into memory. It's the same scam TV lawyers use when they ask misleading accusatory questioning knowing they'd be overruled anyway.

FOX viewers are led to believe that FOX is authoritative and objective in its programming, thus will believe what they've always suspected, seeing lies as proof of their suspicions that were planted there by so many lies they previously bought into.

Scary alarming bullshit sells, mumbled muted retractions aired at 2 AM go unnoticed like it never happened. FOX knows this and exploit it to their fullest advantage.

Dominion has now added Newsmax and OAN as defendants.

Was wondering when they'd get around to that.

How's Fox sliding out of this. Is it because a judge recently ruled that they weren't news, just entertainment? And the lawyers don't want to be tied up in court?

Fox isn't sliding out of this. AFAIK. Unless I missed some news.

And Dominion came prepared. OAN says their expert mathmetician said he proved election fraud. Dominion ousted the expert with his formal job is, he sets up swingsets!

WTF?

"Dominion's lawsuit says Solomon is not an "expert mathematician" but "was in fact a convicted felon with no college degree." The lawsuit adds that Solomon's "current job was setting up swing sets in Long Island, New York." "

I mean come on, can these guys (oan) be that stupid that they think nobody checks references?
Guess not. It's like shooting fish in a barrel.

Part of the previous lawsuit they should have been forced to change their name and remind everyone prior to each show to that is not real and etc..

Are we past critical mass of the Moronathon yet? Are they on their way down and out? Is that a light at the end of the tunnel, or ....

Is any one here getting out alive? Nice nom de plume.

Yeah, they may win and have no consequences. They may lose and have a fine which they’ll appeal. They may win or lose that appeal and they’ll be another which they may win or lose.
Ultimately they’ll either be fined and pay the fine, plus modify their reporting on the subject or they’ll be found innocent and continue but still handle dominion more carefully.

Why is it only Dominion going after these assholes?

There's only one other company who could sue them, and that would be Smartmatic, who is already suing Fox, Guiliani, Powell and IIRC Lindell. Not sure what specific statements were made about Smartmatic on OAN or Newsmax.

The involvement of Smartmatic in these defamatory statements shows the depth of depravity in this entire thing. Smartmatic's machines and software were literally only used in one county: Los Angeles. But, Smartmatic machines were used in Venezuelan elections from 2004-2016, so that gives them a "connection" to a communist regime, so that they can claim that the election interference was a "communist plot."

So they said that Smartmatic's machines were used in the swing states. They weren't. Then they said that Dominion used Smartmatic's software. They did not. Then they said that Smartmatic owned Dominion. It did not. Then they said Smartmatic used to own Dominion. They never have. The only connection between the two companies is that they are competitors in the same business.

So Smartmatic, who was barely involved in the 2020 election, got dragged into this because these liars were so desperate for some fraud narrative that involved "communists."

I hope these pigs all get buried by these lawsuits.

Dominion’s lawsuits against Trump allies can move forward after judge rejects arguments (msn.com)

Ruh Roh, more of Trump's allies might end up staying alongside Rudy in Bankruptcyville.

Good news. They'll have another bite at it in summary judgment motions, but given the judge's ruling and reasoning here, this is likely going to trial. Which is exactly what they're trying to avoid as these facts are damning.

This motion was only for Giuliani, Lindell and Powell. Fox still has its own motion. Being press, they have an additional 1A argument that the other defendants don't have. Doubt it will make a difference but we'll see.

The Judges comments.....
The orange menace's total was so big it broke the algorithm. Stupid mofo.

"Lindell has alleged that Dominion had the “biggest crime ever committed in election history against our country and the world” and that the company had created an algorithm to flip and weigh votes in its machines, according to court documents. He also asserted that the volume of votes Trump received on election night broke that algorithm."

LOL @ these excerpts from the court's ruling.

“A reasonable juror” could conclude that Powell did not have a video of Dominion’s founder saying that “he can change a million votes, no problem at all,” as she had claimed, the judge wrote. Nichols also wrote that a sensible juror could conclude that Lindell’s insistence on “the existence of a vast international conspiracy that is ignored by the government but proven by a spreadsheet on an internet blog is so inherently improbable that only a reckless man would believe it,” referencing Lindell’s assertion that a spreadsheet he shared on Twitter as proof of Trump’s victory was evidence.

Ya think?
