It is, but it's a European model for sale only in Europe. Also notice the steering wheel is on the opposite side.

In cars made for the European market, the steering wheel is on the same side as for the U.S. market.

Did you really think the ad was real?

no, but it was very well done.

I guess you have never been to Florida, because there are no homes here with basements. M4H= Moron for Hire.

At realtor.com, I found over 3k homes listed with basements in miami.

I just search at realtor.com for homes is miami using the keyword Basement and it turns up 0, nothing, zilch, nada.
My aunt, her ex-husband, two of my cousins and many friends live in the Ft. Lauderdale/Miami area and No one has a basement there, Not even the neighbors.

Search for all homes in the Miami area and use only the checkbox criterion "Basement". I got over ten thousand returns. You failed at the internet again.

And basements can be flood-proofed, even if the water table was level with the topography. I live in Michigan, trust me.
My friend has a house with a basement in New Orleans. If you can have one there, you can have one anywhere.

Here is one of the listings on the first page, this apptment does not have a basement. http://www.realtor.com/FindHom...044143230&lnksrc=00002

The building does 🙂

Forget it, we spent many years looking at hundreds of homes all over florida and asked the realitor about a basement, and found out there are none. Click on the actual listing and none of the features listed say basement.

This coming from someone who made a stupid thread and thinks AOL is the best FTP out there.

BTW, there's also 1200 listings in Orlando with basements. And hey look, in the description of the property, it even says there's a basement!

Bob Dole called, he thinks you are a doofus.

... the door itself is not visible. In south Florida, basements are built above ground if at all, since the water table is very high. ...

Please...It's REALTOR.

And say it that way, too!

Notice the only home that has a REAL basement listed there is a home IN OHIO!
It the first one on the list.

by reading the url you provided; I see you did check basement and fl and a home in ohio pops up, there are a lot of mistakes on that site.

Back in pittsburgh we had a home that was built in the valley and the property had an underground spring that passed right by us. We and our neighbors had our fair share of flood problems living there. It's how the street got the Name: Spring Valley Drive.
