People still use VLC?
Huh.
PotPlayer FTW! Much higher quality than VLC, native 64 bit support, super smooth playback for ANY file!
Will it play Blu-ray discs?
Yes. But so will Media Player Classic, and I couldn't tell any difference in CPU or GPU usage between MPC-HC and PotPlayer. Maybe if I had a weaker CPU and/or GPU you could tell a difference, but both use 0% of GPU and 1-2% of CPU. And for what it's worth, I find MPC-HC much easier to use than PotPlayer. And with VLC adding Blu-ray support, maybe I'll only need VLC in the future. Will it play Blu-ray discs?
Seriously, why does anyone here need a 64-bit media player?Where the duck is the 64 bit verison of VLC 2.0 as announced 🙄
Sure do, what do you use?

So...basically you're obsessive compulsive? All my apps are 64-bit . There are many players out there that are already 64-Bit, Video Lan already said that VLC 2 will have native 64-bit support, so the real question is...why not?
