Funny you mention this, as I had the same problem. I checked weresmyrebate.com, and it said they sent the check in Feb. TODAY I called the number, and they said the PO returned it becaue they sent it to the wrong state (MN, not IN) and would mail out a replacement today.

Give it a shot; hey, it's $50.

I'm still waiting on 2 $50 rebates for 2 seperate Visiontek Geforce 3 Ti200 purchases. I'm still waiting for the $50 rebate from the BestBuy thanksgiving sale!!!! And another from the Gateway purchase about 2 months ago!!! Making a deal with these Visiontek rebates is like playing Russion roulette.

I'm kind of surprise more people aren't posting about their rebate experience with this. When this deal was first posted, I thought a lot more people jumped on this deal but now it feels the number of people that got in are lower somehow.

I'm going to give them a call and ask what's up with my rebate. I check the site just now and it still doesn't show up in the search. Perhaps when I call I should ask them to get me Kathy Nulkin since she's handled at least one of these rebates on this deal before.

I said this before on this board and I'll say it again. If a rebate from a product goes to New Rochelle, NY (which is the www.wheresmyrebate.com web site), I will not buy that product. Any company that uses that place to service their rebates is not a customer friendly company and does not deserve my business. To have a rebate go to hell and back would be easy compared to sending a rebate through New Rochelle, New York's rebate service center.

I hope you all get your rebates but it is going to take a lot of time and long distance phone calls (your money) before you get any where with that place. As you can tell, I had bad dealings with that place in the past and will not have nothing to do with them ever again!

i got in on this deal and my rebate said it was cancelled until i send them my packing slip. so i sent it to them. it said it was for the $50 rebate, and i bought it towards the end of the deal. so hopefully for those worrying... i wanted to tell you that the rebate company got mine through so far and hopefully even though my packing slip says pack date of 3/1/02, i'll still get the rebate.

Just an update about the rebate for this deal. I just called the rebate house today again and they did confirm that they got my fax -- it was approved! wheee But they said the ETA for mailing the rebate out isn't until July! booo!

Well at least it was approved.
