Hi Guys! This is my first post, so bare with me.

I've been looking for a hot deal on the GeForce3 Ti 200 for some time, and was really tempted to do the Gateway deal. However, I see they have these at Ubid for $129 right now, $12 shipping, and no tax for me in CA. For those of you who aren't interested in the Asheran game, or sending in 2 MIR's, this might be a better deal for you. The auction is closing right now, but they'll probably have another one up today. They were selling 125, but only a fraction of those met the reserve price of $129. Anyway, it should go something like this:

$129+$11.98 s&h=$140.98-$50 MIR=$90.98 final cost.

Question: I printed out the $50 rebate form yesterday, so it should still work with this deal, right?

a search on Pricewatch.com: 72415 - brings up GeForce3 Ti200s, some of which are not retail boxed. Can anyone verify that a retail boxed version will be sent from Gateway?

try saving the pdf file first on your desktop then print it from there...rather than online...

Best Buy, Gateway, and Ubid are showing this as the model 72415, but when I read the specs BB is showing no TV out and 1 yr warranty, Gateway shows no video out and 3 years. Are there different versions of the same model?

Everything I've ordered from Ubid comes with a packing slip that looks identical to a receipt, to me anyway. I'm doing a MIR for a radar detector I just bought at Ubid last week too.

For those who are interested, the auction hasn't closed on the video card yet. What I don't get about auctions, are the people who are bidding over the reserve price, when it's obviously not necessary.

Great posting, folks. Auction seems to be closed now. That'll give me time to sweat out the decision to buy or not to, and with or without game & extra rebate.... I had no trouble printing $50 rebate, but i 'reduced' it to 75%; it started off Huge!

Since Asheron's Call is out of stock, you can go with Age of Empires II which costs $25 but also has the $20 rebate from MS.

nice, I think this would be worth the $ to upgrade from an radeonLE 32mbDDR(175,175 - core/mem), this deal is about $30 more than what I paid for that card, to the Gf3Ti200. I get 2047 3Dmarks 2k1 w/the LE. What are some of your scores, those of you that may already have this card?

can someone please verify whether this card has either a TV-out or S-video out connection on the back? The description on the gateway site says that it doesn't have any of that but all the reviews and specs of this card says otherwise.

I would assume that it does have TV-OUT, since thats what the visiontek specs say. Either that or this item is not the retail 6564, which will make me very upset since that would also make it not work w/ the rebate.

Can't confirm until it's in my hands.

Gateway says that this item is the retail 6564. Asherton's call was listed as having limited stock when I ordered at approx 3:30 pm today. Just received e-mail at 11:30 pm saying it is out of stock and on back order w/ no delivery date from manufacturer.
